Paying for parking this way instead of having an attendant on duty
Paying for parking this way instead of directly to an aterndant is extremely time consuming. Also, As I was paying my fee and young woman s=who had an appointment in the court across the street approach very upset because she didn't understand the instructions, which are only in English, and she worried that she would lose her appointment. I talked her through it step by step - but seriously, you are in LA and you don't have the instructions at least in Spanish? And how much do you save by not having an attendant there to take payment and to make sure that the cars are safe? Very unsatisfied and feel ripped off.
