The parking agent was so kind
It was convenient paying with the QR code, but as a tourist with no American phone number I couldn't put in any phone number.(bc I was using my Korean number in America) The agent helped me out though and I'm so grateful for his kindness in instructing me with the QR code and letting me use his phone number. The extra charges are ridiculous. I’d pay cash or card to the person managing the log and not get charged for him helping me. It should be included the costs.

Inaccurate Time stamp
After 30 minutes, I received a notice that my time was about to expire even though I paid the flat rate of $15. So I had to move my vehicle to prevent to get cited or get charged even more. What a rip off!!

Good parking spot
I like the fact that the parking is right next to Grand Central Market. Only thing I dislike is that there isn't an actual person there to watch your car. Anyone can just go in and out if the parking area.
