All Day Parking ???
They should not have you pick how long you will be in the parking lot. The price was for all day but it told me when my time was going to expire and wanted to charge me again for the price of all day. That is wrong!! Make sure you put in at least 5 hours or more just in case.

On principle
On principle, I am opposed to all-tech dealings and would prefer to have a real person on-site both to assist less tech-abled customers and to accept cash (or credit cards) from customers who don't have a mobile phone (yes, they do exist....).

Great place to park
Parking lot was easy to get in and out of. The payment process was easy to do on our phones. The price was reasonable as well. We would park here again for sure.

The parking lot is next door to La Cita and close to Grand Central Mkt. Handle your matter at the State offices and retire for a beer across the street. Unfortunately, the Mexican food place adjacent to the parking lot on Hill St. did not survive the pandemic and is boarded up.
