No parking attendant, people arbitrarily double park blocking other vehicles and making impossible to take the car out. People at the 213 phone number did not care about it

There is broken glass and glass bottles all over the parking lot and they need brighter lights in the lot.

Good experience! The parking lot could have been cleaner!
Ease of App Use
The app was quick and easy to use.
My only concern was I thought the price was for the whole day so when it asked me what time I wanted to leave, I put an earlier time not wanting to get overcharged.
I felt a little uneasy since it’s automated and there are no attendants because sometimes there are homeless & seedy looking people hanging around the parking lot. Thank you

NEVER PARK HERE..!!!!
I parked my car at this parking and went to grant central market for food and came back after couple hours to see that someone broke into my car. Stole my back having laptop. Checked with the security there and he never took accountability for that and ask me to call 911. They are very prompt in charging for exact hours we park there. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Please stay away for your safety.

I got charged twice even tho the parking sign said $20 max for the night. Paid $40 in total
I hated it!
Nothing went wrong! I was on vacation using something that I had no idea how to use with no one there watching my car and paying for something to someone I don't know on line. And paying for it was not easy and it's very confusing I hated it!
What happened to the attendant? Lot in fast decline…
It appears as though the lot no longer has an attendant which shows with the way that other users have now been parking across multiple stalls, dumping personal garbage from their cars (including a pile of used baby diapers), and the general decline in cleanliness of the lot overall. The attendant was very welcoming and made the lot feel safer and better maintained. I would like to know if the absence of an attendant is planned to be permanent as I may consider relocating down the street to other cheaper lots that still have an attendant on site.

Parking is way over priced
Parking is way over priced . Rip people off there hard earned money
You are very bad
You very much suck. Absolutely leeches trying to suck the last penny out of us. Worst customer experience ever. You claimed one thing and did another: you said you had a $10 flat rate for the day (on the sign) but somehow you made the customer predict how long they would stay (why?) We miscalculated and in order to stay on the lot we had to keep buying hours for $10. Worst experience EVER!
I paid the max and set 8 hours instead…
I paid the max and set 8 hours instead of 9. I then had to pay another 10.99 for one hour - although I paid the daily max my mistake cost me 26.00 to park for the day. This is another way to rip off the consumer. I would never use this lot again
