App didn't want to load on the spot. Had to use internet to try to load the website. My signal in the parking lot was 5G and still couldn't get it to load on the restaurant's Wifi.

the parking spaces in front of yours were 5 dollars less. The paper machine wasn't working so I used yours. Other than that, the app was fairly easy to use.
The concept of reviews has gotten stupid. It was a parking space. There were no armed guards, or defensive measures taken to ensure my car was protected. So 3 stars to pay to leave my car undefende... See more

They ALWAYS charge more than they advertise
Pretty much, it was a nesaccary evil. The sign said 8.99 all day for Saturday & Sunday. I scanned the QR code on the SAME sign & it was $12 plus a FEE!! The last time I parked here the same thing happened, it was a weeknight & the sign said 1 rate but the app charged me like $5 more. I gave a pass that time assuming I had done something,
but NO, this thing is a racket--pretty much theft in my book! Also, the app's pretty glitchy and twice it shut down during entering credit card information so I was having trouble telling if I had paid or not. Eventually it worked.
False advertising
There was a sign posted in this parking lot that read “daily rate $6, evenings & weekends $8.” I went to pay at the kiosk and it was not in order so I was prompted to pay online at the website. Here, I was charged $12.99 plus $1 service fee. This was false advertising and was extremely inconvenient.

Horrible crappy parking lot overpriced have to create a whole account, would rather be inconvenienced and walk to save $15 instead of paying that for less than 2 hours. HORRIBLE

I pre-paid for parking, and still got a ticket
I paid for parking ahead of time online and still received a parking ticket. When I disputed the ticket i went 6 days without any kind of response. I had to call to check on the status. I was told the ticket was waived and I would be sent an email for confirmation. Nothing was ever received.

Convenient but pricey.
The spot was was very convenient across the street from PINS on 4th which we loved. Initially we wanted 2 hours and that was over $20. We settled for 45 minutes which was 8.99. Very pricey if you ask me. We’ll Uber or Lyft next time.

Way too expensive for a 30min parking
Way too expensive for a 30min parking. I regret I didnt notice there was a lot right next to it for 1/3 of the price ($3 vs $8.99).
Not parking there ever again.

Read to the end
First, let me say that I hate paying for parking and avoid pay areas whenever I can. That said, paying was unavoidable this night. The lot nearest the venue was not one covered by the parking app I already had on my phone. The kiosk for the lot was inoperable. I had to text for a link and then create an account (OMG! another damn password!) to get my spot and pay for it. All in all--about 15 minutes. A pain in my a**. Once all that was done, though, everything went smoothly. I was even notified through the app that my allotted time was almost up and given the opportunity to add time and avoid a tow. So, I will use the app again if I have to go back to that area.

We were all stuck behind a lady who came into the garage when the entrance gate was broken and your assistant told her to just come in. Then a new assistant, when she was trying to leave, forced her into $60 ticket bc she didn’t have a ticket.
Your assistant was extremely rude, made her cry as the lady repeatedly said her family didn’t have $65 … so I paid for her ticket bc I have a diabetic son I had to pick up and his blood glucose was going low. You forced this onto 5 cars for 20+ mins bc of your gate assistant being a complete jerk.
Imo you owe me my $13 ticket and the $65 ticket I paid for that day. How can you hire ppl who don’t give a damn about people. Horrible customer service.

Parking lot attendant was not nice when
Parking lot attendant was not nice when asked about why the machine wasn’t working to pay. She stated I needed to use my phone or get a ticket. She was yelling at people as they just parked and were getting out of their car. When asked if the lot was free on Sunday like Columbus city parking she was very defensive and told the person to park on the street if that is what they wanted. She is not a people person.

Up Charge to use App
I paid online $8.99, but my colleague paid in person and only paid $3.99. So there is a $5 up charge to use this service.

Annoyed with Price Diff from app to lot kiosk
I know I can purchase at the kiosk in the lot. However, due to timing I found the app option while in the long line so I jumped out of line to purchase. However, the fee through the app vs lot kiosk price almost doubled! I've been parking in this lot for multiple years for every Musical at the Ohio Theater, but running late for this show caused me to search for an app. Which you really should have that information listed around the lot; for the last year I've just assumed this was the last lot without any app based purchasing. Anyways, Super annoyed in the price difference from app to kiosk.
