Paid for parking at 7:30 PM, got a parking ticket at 7:36 PM even though I was paid through 9:30 PM. Basically a scam.

Bad!!!! As I was paying for my parking, I got a $78. Ticket!!! I couldn’t get wifi from outside the building so I went in to access the website on my phone in order to pay. In one minutes time I received a ticket. The processer must’ve waited for me to walk away from my car to pounce on giving me a ticket!!I have disputed this!!! What a hassle! Bad business!!! I had paid for three hours and I was sent an email simultaneously saying I had three hours left! But I came out to find the $78. Ticket on my car!

Received a ticket even though I paid
Received a ticket even though I paid. Filed a dispute the same day and still have not heard back. That was 3 weeks ago.
Ticket issued before time expired
I was issued a ticket 50min before my time expired, filed a dispute, and have yet to hear back. This will be the last time I use the parking service and would not recommend it.

It is expensive enough to park, but to add a "convenience" fee is rediculous.
