I paid for parking, not only do I have confirmation but text messages that show I paid. However, I later found a ticket on my car. Now I have to waste time emailing someone because the associates would not help and got extremely rude in trying to resolve it. Worse experience ever! Would not recommend ever using this parking area/service.

The sign in the lot said $5.99 for the day. I got a text after paying $5.99 that my time was expired and I had to pay again. I got charged twice on my cc.

I was unable text or use the QR code to pay. I had take the time to google the app, download and create an account. Plus pat extra to pay to park. No, not user friendly.

The machine did not work where you pay with your credit card. The directions were not clear on how to do it from your phone. I'm 66 years old and everyone doesn't have phone experience if it wasn't for a young couple coming to the parking lot to pick up their car I probably would have had to pull out and go find someplace else to park

It was very difficult to read credit card numbers in a poorly lit parking lot. If I was asked to pay $5 with service fee, I highly suggest to make it safer for people to be very well lit so that it is not scary to park by an alley or by a busy street. The lot markings on the pavement were difficult to see in the dark as well. As I said, if I pay $5 on a lot, I would like much better lighting for a much safer environment. Strangers could be lurking or hiding in the shadows if they wanted to.

Paying for parking on public property should be illegal.

Very difficult to use. I was paying the parking for 2 cars but I couldn't do it in the same transaction.

i almost never go into the city . i am 70 years old . i do not understand this app stuff . thank GOD someone came along and helped me with this stuff or i never would have been able to figure out how to pay for parking . all the places i used to park were gone this time i came into the city . how come you have to make it so hard on old people ? can't i just swipe my credit card in a card reader some place ? at least that is something i can figure out .

Got harassed by some stranger while parking then double charged?

It worked well. It was a little clumsy for me to enter my credit card info standing there.

Convenient cheap parking not far from high street and you can reserve your parking spot online.

The website doesn’t actually follow the parking charge rates posted on signage in the lot I parked in for that day of the week. According to the signage, the lot was supposed to be a flat rate until midnight, but when I went to pay online, it asked for a specific time frame like a meter. Rather than defaulting to midnight, it started counting down to a pre-midnight time. When the timer was close to expiring, I clicked the link to extend my time to be safe, but the portal acted as though I was paying for the first time and made me pay the same price again even though my parking was supposed to be good until midnight. Rather than having good instructions or ensuring their rates matched both online and in-person, the parking company was happy to grab more money.

I loved being able to renew my parking through the app! However, I found it a little difficult to easily renew for the time that I wanted one time. I had to renew every 10 hours.

The address listed on the site was 176 East Main st., I drove around and guess what, there was no such address. Never again, I learned a lesson and it cost me $5.

What happens if you dont have signal? You get stressed out and cant figure out how to pay. I understand trying to cut down on manpower to cut down cost- but to park for 5.99 and have garbage service if you can call that service at all is not a company I would support or be pleased to work with.
