NEVER AGAIN -- WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
Quite bizarre to have to pay in advance when first parking your car, a quite indeterminate "time certain" you are going to leave. That's crazy.
Also having to pay via the internet on your cell phone is a major pain and took me about 15 minutes.
I WILL NEVER PARK IN THIS KIND OF CAR PARK OPERATION AGAIN.

Time planning on staying?
The main issue that I had was I used parking for an appointment and didn’t know how long the appointment would take. It made me select how long I’d be there. Why can’t you just checkin, then when you leave you check out and it charges you accordingly? Why do you have to preselect a time to park?

Will try never to use this parking lot again!!
I am offended that I have to give my credit card information, my car information, my address to simply park my car. I was also stunned when I received a message at dinner that my parking was “soon running out” and I should extend it a HALF HOUR before the time I had put down. I liked nothing about this way of parking and will do my best to avoid doing it in the future.

It was easy to download the app and pay for parking. I also felt safe leaving my car there at the parking garage but even better if a security guard was present.
