I appreciate the ease and convenience of the credit card enabled parking meters. I don't like be continuously reminded about a survey for a parking meter.

Pain in the butt to have to do online with no in person card option. Will avoid and walk further next time
Can't extend time?
I wasn't able to extend the time past 11:45pm. I was told by someone (who may or may not be right) that parking in CO Springs on Saturday night is free after 10pm. If that were the case... why would the time stop at 11:45pm?
Helps plan your evening out
A wonderful convenient experience - and very easy to use.
Non-functioning payment interface
Due to a slight mistake in Google Maps clicking (phones, they're small) I ended up in the Parking.com lot that was a mile or so south of the FREE lot I thought I was headed for. I tried immediately to do so, but was not only not able to exit without paying, but also found that the software would NOT respond to my attempts to pay. By the time the "pay" button was not grayed out, I had put on enough time that the experience cost me $4.

Hard to figure out where to pay and how to pay. Website was confusing trying to find the right location and how to put all the info for the car in.
Very easy to maneuver and figure out
Overpriced as hell

$12 for a couple hours of parking in Co Spgs is ridiculous! Then I’m hit with a fee on top of that for using my CC which is of course the only option for payment! Never again will I use this lot!

I used this app and paid and still got a ticket although there was still time on my app and I was in the correct parking

To tell ya the truth I don't remember much about my parking experience, so it must have been ok.
I did not know this lot had changed.
I did not know this lot had changed, yet again. I had never used the code system and have an older phone. Thank goodness another person was there and assisted me. Now I know what's going on, ìt will be fine.
First time user.
Convenience was excellent; pricey for Thursday evening; payment methodology was confusing for first time user.
The APL was very easy and quick to use

Too much money 18.00 dollars and we were there an hour and 45 minutes
Way over priced
It’s convenient
It’s convenient, and documentable, but is not especially easy to use and it often says my Zone is somewhere else. Haven’t gotten a ticket yet though.
Bug in credit card date form
When I entered my credit card expiration date as mm/dd/yy for my credit card, the app spun its wheels saying. "Waiting." I cancelled and tried again using mm/dd/yyyy and it worked (fortunately it rememebered most of the information, or I would have given a rating of 1). The app should tell you the entered data is not compatible and not lead you into believing it is working but slow.
