I appreciate the ease and convenience of the credit card enabled parking meters. I don't like be continuously reminded about a survey for a parking meter.

You all sent me a $45 fine for leaving slightly past the paid time, I will never park in your lot again
Won’t park here again !
We couldn’t download the scan app. It took three cell phones to get the app. Then when we did we had to try to enter our info and credit card. It took 5 times for the app to take it. This process took 30 min. We had our 8& year old mom that someone had to walk across the street to sit because this took so long. We thought our car was going to get towed because it was next to impossible to pay
The staff was helpful
The staff was helpful. The system made it harder for them to accommodate my needs for parking. I believe we have worked it out
$13 for 2 hours - no that’s not NYC, it’s COS
$13 for 2 hours is f’ing ridiculous. If I had known it was going to be NYC prices, I would have dined elsewhere.
This is my second message to you
This is my second message to you. We were charged for a full two hours, but we were not in your lot for two hours. Fees should be prorated.

Much easier and faster to get in and out of the lot with the new system. Thought the price was a little high.

double the price since this lot went completely automated. Last time in this lot.
Immature App!
First of all the parking fee was excessive. Was parked for about 2.5 hours and it cost me $12.99. Second I found the app to be lacking. I just got back from Italy and their system allows you to adjust the time if you get back early. Yours does not. Third I was unable to get back to the app after I set the time to adjust or even view the order ( I am computer savvy). Will not use this app again or the parking lot on Cascade if I can avoid it. Order #900750844
Price was fair.
It’s fine but needs one thing
It’s fine, it’s safe and the payment system is actually good. Only issue i have is the price the lack of ability to reduce your time.

We went to the David Spade comedy at Pikes Peak Center. We did not know that the parking had changed. I got a bill for over $50. I would happily pay parking. The directions were not clear and since this is new, you should give a grace period and let me pay what the normal parking would be for an event.

Too expensive I was charged 12.99 for 2 hours of parking. If I knew it was going to cost that much I would have found parking on the street
Overpriced and inconvenient.
Overpriced and inconvenient. Like offensively expensive. Felt exploited as a "customer". No security in lot. Will never park there again.
