I appreciate the ease and convenience of the credit card enabled parking meters. I don't like be continuously reminded about a survey for a parking meter.

It took 4 times to finally get the time put on. My friend used her credit card the first couple times and it didn’t work at all!!! I then used my card and it didn’t work at first but then it did. This is not convenient when the wind is blowing and we all just want to get into the Pikes Peak Center. It is ridiculous to have to pay until 10pm too
$12.00 plus a service fee of $0.99
$12.00 plus a service fee of $0.99, the $12.00 should of been covered all the fees.
Don't park here! Terrible!
What a pain. The QR code didn't work. The phone number didn't work. We stood in the cold and snow for ten minutes trying to get it to work. Spent our entire lunch trying to get the website to work. Sign said $4, we had to pay five. Sucked in every possible way!
Unable to watch for danger
Surrounded by homeless, and obvious drug users, two older women are standing in the parking lot for 5 minutes, adding the license plate number, then pulling out a credit card, trying to type it in in the dark, i didn’t feel safe. When i have used a machine, i have been able to keep my eyes up, reviewing my surroundings. This is not the case here. I understand the convenience, but don’t feel safe

Good Parking Area
Parking was available & close to the event I was attending. The paying process was easy. I parked at night & was alone so I would like to see more lighting. Other than that is was good.
The parking was in the perfect spot
The parking was in the perfect spot. The price was a little steep seeing as how I was there for around 3 hours..14.00 for 3 hours...
Expensive, Inefficient.
Can't add more time after time has expired.
Insanely expensive for literally nothing than a parking spot. Not even a parking garage. This is a scam. You know what you're doing.
Easy and efficient
I ended up needing to extend my parking window and it was simple to extend it and didn’t cost anything additional.

Did not want to pay using phone. Drove into lot and was not allowed to leave. No way to get out.
Four seniors
Four seniors and only one knew what steps to take to pay for parking. The process was difficult, it needs to include a place for credit cards or a real person!!
