I appreciate the ease and convenience of the credit card enabled parking meters. I don't like be continuously reminded about a survey for a parking meter.

Pricing was unclear
Pricing was unclear, but by the time I realized it, it was too late, I was already in the lot. I sat for a long time in the driveway of the lot, reading all the signage and prices and trying to determine what applied to me. As I was only stopping for dinner, I expected to pay about $8 for 1.5 hrs of parking. But I ended up being charged $13 for the weekend 24 hrs rate. That's stupid. I will know better next time not to park here.
Had a lot of problems with the app
Had a lot of problems with the app. Was not able to click submit.
For older people it was really…
For older people it was really confuting and over charged for a weekrnd
BS!!
We went to go play some Pool across the street from the parking lot opposite the Antlers Hotel. They were closed for a special event so we left. To use your parking lot for 15 minutes cost us $11.
I hate to go downtown because it's always a pain in the ass to find a place to park. FIX THIS BS!
Very easy to use the app!
Fine but inconvenient
Did not like having to do online, what if bad service or don’t have a phone. It was cold and we were in a hurry. Would have liked just a box or meter to put coins or a card in and just give license plate number
$12 for a weeknight dinner in Colorado Springs??!!
I have no idea if Parking.com is just a parking management ap or if they own the actual lots.
The ap worked fine.
Paying $12 to park for dinner in freaking Colorado Springs is rediculous! If it wasn’t so cold out, I would have worked harder to find a spot elsewhere.
I couldn’t tell if it was trying to…
I couldn’t tell if it was trying to charge me an additional $12.99 to extend my parking 15 minutes or if the 15 minute extension was free.
Too expensive
Too expensive, only stayed because did not have time to find other parking.
Management helped me out.
Management helped me out by not ticketing me when I lost my keys. Just continued to pay and ended up finding keys days later and continued to use their paid lot for the convenience. Really impressed with that level of service.
Easy Peezy :-)
Absolutely overpriced parking!
Easy to access
12.00 for 2 hours of parking is too…
12.00 for 2 hours of parking is too much
Very poor instructions, confusing.
My niece paid but at the parking lot…
My niece paid but at the parking lot beside where she parked. Your people saw the error and only required she pay the correct amount and there would be no fine.
Expensive
Hi, I didn’t like having to pay for length of time ahead of time. Since we did not know what time we would return we paid for a days worth of parking rather than a couple hours. Next time I will only say a couple hours and extend the time, which I saw later, I could do.
