I appreciate the ease and convenience of the credit card enabled parking meters. I don't like be continuously reminded about a survey for a parking meter.

The process is so easy. I often go to concerts at the Pikes Peak Center and I have season tickets to the Philharmonic. In past years there was alway a line of cars waiting to leave the parking lot.... See more

QR code was a scam

We scanned the QR code and entered credit card info. I was immediately notified by my credit card company of a charge for $49.95 which I declined. Then we went the text to a phone number route. Here we are standing in the cold wind with the sun shining all over my phone which made it difficult to see. We were finally able to enter the data. What a waste of our time.

Was a little hard to understand the…

Was a little hard to understand the instructions for first time users. We had to return to our rental car for the license plate and the weather was cold and windy. Other parkers were also struggling to figure out. Was convenient when leaving to have already paid.

Took awhile to pay

I was unable to get the QR code to scan. It is not clear when you are supposed scan it anyway, before youu leave your car or after you get back. It took a couple of times calling the number to get the link and get it filled out to pay.

Found your instruction signs confusing

Found your instruction signs confusing. Wasn't really sure what to do, or how to do it. Had to ask 3 passing strangers who were also your customers. Only 1 was sure. Please understand that not everyone is comfortable or as adept with technology as you may think or be assuming. Make your signs so simple any senior citizen can easily understand and follow them. Your tech savvy customers won't mind the simple nature of the signs, and your un-tech savvy customers will greatly appreciate it. Thanks for listening. Now do something about it.
