I appreciate the ease and convenience of the credit card enabled parking meters. I don't like be continuously reminded about a survey for a parking meter.

When I entered my credit card expiration date as mm/dd/yy for my credit card, the app spun its wheels saying. "Waiting." I cancelled and tried again using mm/dd/yyyy and it worked (fortunately it rem... See more

The process is so easy. I often go to concerts at the Pikes Peak Center and I have season tickets to the Philharmonic. In past years there was alway a line of cars waiting to leave the parking lot.... See more

I really prefer a parking lot attendant…

I really prefer a parking lot attendant onsite or being able to use a credit card. My husband couldn't get WiFi on his iPhone with the QR code and the others parking in the lot couldn't help us. The number listed (201-------) on the sign didn't work and we weren't able to text to it. It was dark and raining on our phones and it didn't appear that we could just drive out of the lot to look for other metered parking on the street. I was charged $12.99 for 90 minutes which was excessive. I had to get a waiter at a restaurant to help me figure out how to pay plus providing the car license number, cell phone number, credit card number and an email. All this took over 45 minutes and was more complicated than it should have been. I wouldn't use this system again if I had an alternative.

Local resident

Local resident: All other parking is charged by the hour in the town. I had to pay $13 dollars for 30 minutes, which is not even close to the lot 1 block away which is bigger, better and cheaper. Will not be returning to this lot.

We were unable to access the parking…

We were unable to access the parking information when using the phone to scan. We finally were able to proceed with texting. We initially wanted 3 hours but when we put that number in, we were given an absurd dollar amount. When we reduced it to 2 hours it came up a with a significantly more acceptable amount, so we opted for that. We will not be using that lot again.

I had a hard time navigating my time…

I had a hard time navigating my time to extend, the app prompted me to extend but didn't give me enough time to extend it. It prompted me right away with my receipt. I couldn't go back in to renew more time. Frustrated I just left my meeting early by the way just so I wouldn't get a ticket. I couldn't figure the app out. I even asked the people that were in my meeting and they couldn't figure it out? Had a really hard time figuring out had to extend my time! Grrrrrr

Pricing is clearly marked

Pricing is clearly marked. You pay by scanning the QR code on your phone. Super easy to use, and always lots of parking at this lot. You pay for the convenience. And in my opinion it’s worth it not having to stress about where to park or hurrying back to pay the meter.
