I appreciate the ease and convenience of the credit card enabled parking meters. I don't like be continuously reminded about a survey for a parking meter.

Surrounded by homeless, and obvious drug users, two older women are standing in the parking lot for 5 minutes, adding the license plate number, then pulling out a credit card, trying to type it in in... See more

The process is so easy. I often go to concerts at the Pikes Peak Center and I have season tickets to the Philharmonic. In past years there was alway a line of cars waiting to leave the parking lot.... See more

I got a notice in the mail of a parking…

I got a notice in the mail of a parking violation. This notice had pictures of my car as well as a card that does not belong to me. It says that I parked there at 8 AM and shows a jeep that is not mine. And that I left at 9 o'clock And that jeep is mine. It's very clear. The license plates are completely different. I disputed this last week and have not heard anything back yet. Please help me resolve this issue or I will never park in your lot again.

Easy Park and Pay; Rates Very High

It's easy to park and pay for the first block of time. And I like the reminders that your time is about to run out. What I don't like is that after your first block of time, it seems whether you request 15 more minutes or 15 more hours, the price is the same and it is extremely high. The other thing I don't like is the signs that say I am parking at my own risk and the contractor is not responsible for any damage to my vehicle. It seems like if you are charging me, you are responsible to me and all patrons for damage to our vehicles.

“24-hour parking” bait and switch

I paid for 24 hours of parking for $18. When I moved my car to pack my things up at the hotel across the street 12 hours later, I received a text that said my parking session had ended. I was planning on moving my car back to the parking lot for the extra time that I had already paid for to walk around downtown. There were no signs posted notifying drivers that you could not return once you left. Classic bait and switch. Buyer beware!

It was the first time that I used that…

It was the first time that I used that service and I put the time that I would be staying but didn’t pay attention to the date and it reverted to the next day and I was charged for a whole day when I only parked for 2 hours. If you don’t pay close attention this can easily happen.called office and left message and was called back but the person couldn’t help me and the supervisor was on leave and haven’t heard back so I took it as a loss. You have to be really careful to make sure it doesn’t revert to the next day.

Safety

There was plenty of room for parking and I felt safe leaving my car behind.

Not everyone is "up" on the latest paraphernalia.

I realize that Saturday is not your busiest day of the week, but having someone in the booth would have made my visit easier. Your discouraging sign at the entrance simply encouraged me to enter. "The boothkeeper will help me" I thought. Instead, my son -- who chose The Melting Pot As the site for my Father's Day celebration -- impersonated me to use his cellphone apps to free me.

Your forced use of cell phones and bar codes...

Your forced use of cell phones and bar codes to administer car parking in your lots, WAYYYY over complicates parking in your lots. It took me 15 mins to get your cell phone procedure to work properly...even then I was not sure if it accepted my parking request. Trying to use a cell phone on a sunny day (you cant read the screen) makes it even worse. BAD DESIGN ! At least offer an 800# so that patrons can call for help if they run into problems. Follow the KISS principle...Keep It Simple Stupid.
