Easy, self service through app. It was more expensive than other parking lots, but was less crowded. No issue going in or out.

Parking lot was tiny, able to accommodate approx 8 cars. Even so, the lot was not very well maintained, having a traffic cone marking a hazard, and a bit dark. The parking signs were well placed providing numerous options to log-in; website was easy to use; price was a little steep compared to the surrounding lots.

Was charged $45 parking ticket when I paid To park

The process was easy and I would have given 5 stars but the lot was unattended so anyone getting there first could have taken spots. I didn't see any mechanism to stop that.

I was from NY, and never been to Tampa. Needed to park somewhere. Saw numerous lots and garages, so I had time. But I parked in Parking.com lot, paid 40 dollars for a few hours and started to do some sightseeing. While walking, I passed a garage that had a sign indicating "Parking $12 for rest of the day". I was clearly overcharged. Apparently, if I weren't in such a rush, I could have saved some cash. Live and learn.

Very disappointed in the price gouging that goes on every year during the playoffs.

Literally why was it $30 when the rest of the lots were $10? I feel stupid that I parked here I would of moved but I can’t get a refund.

Kept trying to hit the “start parking” button and it would never take even though all fields were completed. Resulted in us getting a $25 parking ticket!

Parking spot was close to venue and reasonable and well lit I have a luxury car and I felt secure there

I used the QR scanner to pay....it was posted on the huge sign in the parking lot where I parked. It turns out 717 Parking was the company I was supposed to pay - at the kiosk. This was very misleading and now 717 are demanding over $60!! Unreal. I already paid $30.38.
