This parking system is the worst I have ever experience. We ask the attendant how to pay she said scan the QR add you plate and your good to go. We ended up getting a ticket for another company saying we did not pay the $25 parking fee. We paid a different company $25. The ticket was $50 so now we are at $75 to Park to see concert. Ridiculous, unorganized and unprofessional.

It was easy to use, however, nowhere did I see cost associated. It was 22$!!! We were several blocks from the venue and there was a lot ablock closer with an attendant for 20$. Definitely not worth it!!

We parked in a small lot that you apparently share with another parking company. The parking space had no sign for instructions. We paid your company based on the sign in the parking lot and the instructions of the parking attendant only to receive a ticket from 717 Parking. We paid your company $30.38 and you were the wrong company. You refused to refund.

I had a credit valid until November 2022, I tried to use it on October 27 and it didn't work, so I had to pay the whole amount when I had a credit. This is the second incident that I have with you. Customer service didn't give me my money back.

The parking lot was merged with another company’s pay lot. I paid this company and accidentally parked in another company’s parking lot and got a fine. Bottom line, the two parking lots were identical and not clearly marked as two different companies. Their policy states “no refund” so now my 3 hour parking added up to $80
