Easy, self service through app. It was more expensive than other parking lots, but was less crowded. No issue going in or out.

The price is insane for just an hour or less of parking but it's consistent if you need more

Using the parking app was easy, I was just annoyed when I walked half a block & the parking lot was $20, instead of the $30 that I just paid for the day.

After getting a ticket from 717 parking, we were notified that parking.com shares a lot with another company. There was no notification anywhere describing this. We laid parking.com instead. In addition, this lot is further and more expensive than lots closer to Amalie arena.

Parking was pretty easy, used the QR code. But most of downtown Tampa uses 717 so another system is confusing.
Parking for $30 is pretty expensive and I would definitely look around for a cheaper spot next time.

Too expensive. Parking was $10. more than lots much closer to the arena.
No price was posted.

Terrible. Paid for parking in the app. The attendance saw me doing it and upon returning I received an $80 fine. Proof of payment, proof of all have been sent to have them resolve this mess.

I accidentally put one number off on the license plate instead of looking at vehicle and determining it was the same vehicle they just fined me $75 extra

Trying to reserve parking on the website was impossible. I finally found a QR code which was not easily viewed. There should be better, more clear instructions as we had to walk around the parking lot in the rain.

The two attendants at the front of the lot were taking money for parking but we were giving tickets or any type of proof that we paid. We were afraid of getting towed or scammed for money so we asked for the cash back and paid online. The two men were rude and offered no guidance about parking in the lot.

Parking was convenient but we thought very expensive. Can’t say we’d use again at that price, especially when we discovered a much cheaper option was just down the street.

It was ridiculous! The parking machines were broken so we scanned the code on the sign and paid our bill. So little did we know the scan closest to our car is not the right one…we got a ticket. Very disappointing.

Was easy to use when paying. I accidentally transposed two letters on my license plate so I also received a ticket on my windshield for not paying since the tag didn't show up when scanned. Totally my fault! I contacted customer service and sent my original email confirming payment and they promptly responded and voided the ticket. Nothing beats great customer service and a prompt response!

For never having used this service before, it was reasonably easy. A little time consuming when in a hurry trying to get to the hockey game when already very late due to a traffic issue. But I was able to navigate the screens and provide the required information. Approval received was quick and copy sent to my email.

Inconvenient experience. web app doesn't use apple pay or let you scan a credit card with your camera. Come on, it's 2024, get it together.
