Easy, self service through app. It was more expensive than other parking lots, but was less crowded. No issue going in or out.

Too complicated. Very arduous process. Took forever. I hate being charged by hour especially when after regular business hours. I liked inserting credit card machine. Too costly.

easy to park and pay, and the parking is an easy walk to the Amelia Arena.

Parking was easy - guided by monitors where to park and how to pay (on line). We succeeded at paying for 24 hrs (about 40.00) when we only needed three or four.
When complete with attending our event tickets at Amalie Arena, we had a parking ticket for $50.00 sitting on the car.

Uneven parking lot, so my wife tripped backwards and fell, sprained her ankle. Not a terrible life threatening event, but made watching the concert a little uncomfortable. We iced it and wrapped it, but it was rest and elevation that helped the most. So keep your lot just a little cleaner. Have a blessed 2024.

Incredibly expensive event parking for an event that was a day later and I didn't even go there for it...

Our favorite lot switched over from Parkmobile to Parking.com and Parkmobile is the more popular app for our Tampa parking. I also favor Parkmobile - for bothe the app's interface was well as lower fees.

I don't know... Just like any other parking spot in town... But what really made me give 1 star... $30 for concert parking... Well... 10 bucks per hour... It's outrageous.

I put a little less time then I ended up needing so when I tried to add an hour to my time, you wanted to charge another full event fee. I even tried just 15 minutes and you wanted a second full 30.99 fee. This is a ridiculous business model because when I accidentally clicked 3 days instead of hours it was only $61.98. There should be an option to add some time, at least once anyway, to existing time without any extra charge.
I followed the sign directions to pay for parking..which did verify that my credit card payment was received. Yet when I returned to my vehicle a few hours later, I found a citation for $90 on my windshield stating that I did not pay to park there. Obviously, if you are asking for feedback, you have evidence that the use of the lot was paid for. I don’t appreciate now having to take the time to provide evidence to disprove the citation.

Parked for an event and the cost was $30. They still had the event listed from earlier in the day with a time ending that was the same time as the event starting later in the day. Therefore, I accidentally selected the earlier event time ending up having to pay that 30 dollars, and then another $30. I couldnt find a way to cancel so I am out $30. Disappointed there wasn't an easy way to cancel.

I paid for parking in Tampa from a sign in a parking lot. After the concert i came out to a ticket on my window. Apparently myself and half the lot paid from the sign. Why do you have a pay for parking sign in a lot that in not yours?

Paid for parking, was still handed a ticket from the lot.

The worst experience I’ve ever had parking in Tampa. Parked in this lot, got out of the vehicle and immediately in my face was a QR code “scan to park”
Paid the $30 to park, got a receipt.
Come back to to a $75 dollar ticket from 717 parking
I’ll ever park in any lot downtown again
