Easy, self service through app. It was more expensive than other parking lots, but was less crowded. No issue going in or out.

I parked safely but, unfortunately, with my rental car facing in the wrong direction. So, I got a $30 ticket. Insert bad word here. I was traveling from out of town and overwhelmed. Darn.

Terrible exit strategy. We sat in the lot for over an hour just waiting to get out. Do yourself a favor and park in a more open lot with better exit options. The rates have also gone up. You can park closer to the arena and get out quicker for the same price.

Great parking spot however to charge $30 for a weekday was a bit much, there was another lot for only $20 which I didn’t see until leaving so would probably go there next time to save $10

I ended up paying your QR Code at the lot even though I was parked in 717’s space. This is clearly a ploy to confuse parked and trick them into paying extra fees. Supremely underhanded. Both groups should immediately work together to make your signage more accurate and easy to use. No excuse for this except laziness or a ruse to garner extra fees from parkers. I regularly attend Lightning games. If this doesnt improve, I will forward all information to the authorities.

Well, I’ve called. My friend has called! We received a parking ticket for the spot I definitely paid for. Would GREATLY appreciate a return call or resolution on this matter.

I sent them an email and the refunded me the money! Wow. These guys are NOT scammers. I want to leave my original comments to show they cared about what happen. Thank you for refunding my money when I made a mistake.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:I got scammed by these guys.
Lol. I already emailed you guys and you denied my claim. Stop scamming people when they go to events in Tampa.

It was easy to follow direction for paying on my phone. I also appreciated that I received a message before my time was going to run out, so I could have added more money if needed without having to go back to my car.

Took my kids to their first Bolts game in Tampa. Parked, used the QR code and paid. When we came out of the game, there was a parking ticket on my windshield. When I emailed the company on the ticket, they said you were supposed to pay us, not the other company and you’ll need to pay your ticket within 30 days. All this to say, I’m not sure why your QR code is advertised in a lot that isn’t yours. You got paid $30 and cost me $65.
