Easy, self service through app. It was more expensive than other parking lots, but was less crowded. No issue going in or out.

It was easy, i got a reminder as my time got close to end and was able to add time to my parking without having to return to the vehicle.

Parked for 3 hours ($31). When I needed to add another hour of time die to unexpected delays, I got charged the entire $31 fee again!!! If I had known that was their dishonest approach, I would have just booked 4+ hours right off the bat. Extremely unethical and unnecessary. I will never park with this company again!!!

The lot we parked in was apparently operated by two different companies. There were two options to pay for parking, a kiosk and online. I paid online for my parking but later found out that the spot I parked in was owned by the company using the kiosk pay method. Days later I got a bill in the mail for the parking and a late fee. After some explanation I realized I paid the wrong company. Again, this is one parking lot, the individual spaces did not have any discernible markings showing how to pay for that spot. There was a kiosk and several signs with instructions how to pay online. So now I have to pay $100 for parking that night? This is unacceptable. I assume it’s set up this way so people get scammed out of their money, there could be no other explanation. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

Convenient location and easy access but a bit over priced.

Terrible. I parked in a lot for the TB Lightning Game, and the sign said $20 Game Day Parking, and I was charged 60. This wasn't a premier lot and a good walk to the arena. I go to email support, and the site has not worked and will continue to try it again. The review gets funnier after they reply, Thanking me for my review. Amazing how out of touch a company can be with its Customers.

We went to the Hockey Game and this parking lot was pretty close. Easy to pay online!

Took forever to load app and then to process parking payment. Will not use your service again.

$5 to park for 10 minutes? What baloney What happened to meters for $.50? It's a total ripoff that we have no control over. I hate your company for taking over parking from a municipality or even a private entity and creating event more paid parking areas that previously were free. . It's just a further deterioration and an incremental and piecemeal chipping away at a sensible life. Everyone chiseling each other. Just so wrong

Went the the Lightning game 2/8. Pulled into a parking lot and parked my car. Directly in front of me was a sign that said “scan to pay to park”. It was a QR code. I scanned it and paid my $30. Came out of the game to a ticket on my car from 717 parking. Your sign in that lot is extremely misleading. Not only did I pay $30 to park to you folks. I know owe $85 to 717. I will be escalating this to management if I can ever get ahold of someone. Every time I call I get transferred and disconnected. This feels like a targeted scam agains consumers to take advantage of them. I will be pursuing action here.
