Finally got the second elevator working so access to the upper floors is faster, but traffic exiting the garage is SO slow, you might as well go have dinner or at least a drink, since you will be sitt... See more

Paramount should choose another parking company for their season ticket holders.
we followed the instrutions given to us by the Paramount. When it came time to leave, there was supposed to be a code on the exit lane we were in. There wasn't. We had to ask an attendant to come over and help which slowed up the line. Paramount gives us $3.00 off if we park at the 7th and Pike, and the parking company charges us $1 just to pay
It’s slow and confusing
It’s slow, confusing and challenging for a single driver. There were back ups of cars both arriving and leaving. The old system was much faster.
Fix Garage Access After Paramount Shows
Initial entry, and exit/payment via License plate went very well. HOWEVER, access to the parking garage after a Paramount show via the elevators was frustratingly slow and aggravating. Previously access via stairwells was provided that improved customer flow. The stairways were closed for this show. This garage access problem MUST be addressed ASAP.
There should be a number to call…
There should be a number to call whenever there is an issue. Because of this new system... Many cars were backed up in a parking garage. There was no number to call to let someone know that the system was not working. Eventually they lifted the gates.... but it would be nice to have a phone number to call whenever there's an issue.. and you're 100 cars deep... Waiting

The process to enter the lot was easy enough, but I was told I would get a text to enter my credit card info, but that I would not be charged. I was charged anyway! Very deceiving!
really awkward and slow
very easily enter the parking lot
very easily enter the parking lot, it scans the license plate and then able enter and exit

Great value
Parking ticket does not work at all.
When we arrived at the parking garage, the people there told us (3+ customers) that the system does not work and we need to buy separate parking at the garage and we can ask the website for a refund. When I sent an email to the website (cause there is no telephone number can be found), I didn’t get a response for over a week. Then, I asked my credit card to dispute which enabled me to get my money back. Ridiculously, a month afterwards, the website reached out to me and asked me to offer screenshots of emails, evidences as I disputed the charge. This is so ridiculous.
Can't say I had a great first…
Can't say I had a great first experience with the new Sphere methodology. As a season subscriber at the Paramount, parking comes with the ticket. I have never had a problem using the parking passes in the past. The new instructions said to enter and use the new app, which was fine, but after the show, THERE WAS NO WAY TO USE MY COUPON FOR PARKING, and no attendant was at the garage to help. I was subsequently charged for my parking.
Think twice before parking here
No info or instructions on the new system. Unhelpful and un knowledgeable staff. Long lines as a result of lack of communication. All added on top of dealing with traffic, the Seattle situation and so much more. Unacceptable!
Requiring a smartphone to park is…
Requiring a smartphone to park is insane!
No posted prices for parking rates (Saturday evening).
And the extra $0.99 "Service fee" is a junk fee that reeks of price gouging.
I'll park elsewhere in the future.
The sign price is a lie
The sign said $10 evenings and weekends and when I left I got charged $38. The hotel doesn’t validate parking and it was an exorbitant cost. Thanks for the false advertising!
Annoying system reboot upon leaving garage
Everytime I leave parking the credit card system reboots on me! I think its charging me bc I see the total $11.90 after my card goes in and then it crashes. I cant get out and have to call. they send me a link via text and I pay again.
Slower than CC, extra fees.
The process for getting out was slow because people didn’t know they couldn’t pay with CC.
I was charged a $1 technology fee on top of my parking charges even though that wasn’t listed on the pricing.
Parking Discount Issues
It was too difficult to process parking validation discount. The attendant on duty was not paying attention and did not acknowledge us when we drove up. The they could not deal with the parking validation we had so directed us to us the call box. Then the service rep on the call had to try multiple times to figure out hoe to apply our restaurant discount.
Way to much work to just park
Way to much work to just park. What if you didn’t have a phone or your phone had a problem, or just happened to be not tech savvy…. You’re not parking there! Sometimes simplicity works better for most….. just saying! And a .99 service (hidden fee-cuz you can see what you were charged beforehand) is BS! Just include it in the price! Don’t put in a fancy parking system then slap the customer in the face that they are paying the extra!
