Displeased that they consistently sent me text messages to put in a credit card number with no proof that where I was putting in the credit credit card information would be secure. I don’t even know if they deleted my information or have it stored somewhere in the ether. I plan to choose another garage next time.

I could not exit garage. even though I submitted my credit card info in advance, once I got to the exit, it was very confusing. I caused a huge back up
The process was too confusing
The process was too confusing. Without the person who scanned us in and gave us a sheet to exit it would have been a nightmare. In order to scan our phone one would have to physically get out of the car. The exit instructions were not clear enough. It did not say to prepare all of the instructions ahead of time. The attendant could not find what we had done on our phone and let us thru. Apparently we did something correctly because we were charged for parking. This system is not user friendly especially for older patrons who are not as tech savvy. Go back to paper tickets please.

Nobody has responded to my emails, there is no telephone number, I posted on Twitter/X - nothing. I am waiting for a reversal of the charge to my credit card or some kind of response. Hot mess, park somewhere else!
Took forever to get into the parking garage. I waited some after the play, so there was not a huge line of cars leaving. Upon exiting, before I could input the season subscriber discount the gate lifted. I said something to the attendant, he shrugged and walked away. You still had attendants so all this did was create a hot mess.This wasn't automated, it seemed like a lure to get people's credit card information. And the convenience fee while super cheap was not convenient for the user. I seriously don't know if it is worth parking in that garage even with Paramount season subscriber discount.
Poor Experience
The parking voucher from Paramount Theatre did not work and I paid full price Also, it took over 30 minutes to get out of the garage.
Voucher unaccepted
The voucher I had that was to reduce or eliminate my parking fee, as I'm a season ticket holder for the theater, was not accepted and the employee didn't do anything to fix the issue. I was charged $11 for something that should have been prepaid and, therefore, free.
Ticketless parking is a great idea...BUT
Ticketless parking is a great idea. Hopefully, the bugs will be worked out soon. First two parking experiences, entry and exit both required help from attendant.

Just pay when you leave
The QR code-accessed form took time to fill out and the "simply input the exit gate code when leaving" was problematic and ultimately didn't work. It would have been faster to do exactly what I ended up doing: using my credit card at the gate to open it.

App didn’t accept my Paramount Theater…
App didn’t accept my Paramount Theater discount QR, so I don’t think I received it. I was shocked that the new technology cost was passed on to customers. No idea what the rate was supposed to be for the four and a half hours. Receipt should be clear about how base charge is calculated. Disappointed and feel duped into using this garage for a subscriber discount that I suspect wasn’t honored.
Horrible new system still says I’m parked in there after being out of the garage for over a week
Pulled out of the garage a full week ago and with their automated system I am still racking up hours as if I was still parked. No attendant was there to assist haven’t heard back from customer service in days.
