Easy online transaction.
And the Parking place attendants we met were very professional but friendly.

The site allowed to book and pay for a space in a garage for an oversized vehicle. When I arrived, I was not let in. I was told an oversized vehicle (pickup truck) could not be accomodated even though I already paid for it. Had to park somewhere else for twice the cost. Two thumbs down!!

I booked a space in Manhattan and when we got to the lot, they told us they were full and to cancel. Still waiting for refund

Very easy to park and staff was nice, especially when you reserve in advanced. There was EV charging but it's limited. Parking entrance was a little hard to find but you are able to loop around the block if you miss it

Excellent, efficient service. The best I was able to find in the Broadway area in NYC.

Made reservation on line easily. Pulled in 10 minutes early. Attendant took our SUV without a hitch. Came back on time. Payed what was promised and was out of garage in no time. Very efficient.

Great place to park in NYC. It was 1 block from our Hotel and close to everything! Staff was polite, efficient and very careful with our car.

The reservation was not accepted by the garage because they were overbooked. Customer service told me I need to cancel reservation and book a new garage, then hung up. I found parking with a different, much better service. When I called Parking.com later to get a refund, they said I didn't call soon enough so I couldn't get a refund. I did call immediately for help, they hung up on me. I will never use Parking.com again and I will tell others to stay away.

This is the worst parking app. I pre paid for a garage and when I arrived the garage didn’t have my reservation. I called the support team and they said to pay for another garage and they would reimburse me still waiting for my money. Now I use SPOT HERO

Easy to use just make sure if you have an suv to select large vehicle and make the transaction online about 10 minutes or so before pulling in

Reserved and prepaid for a 36 hour parking stay. Easy check in and easy vehicle retrieval. Would definitely park here again.

Prepare to be scammed. I bought the parking online for my mid-size truck and selected "oversize vehicle". When I drove down into the garage, the guy started shouting at me that it was going to be "25 dollars extra" for the truck. I explained I had already purchased parking for a truck and he continued to try and scam me for 25 bucks. I wouldn't budge. Then he said "ok, ten dollars extra." I still wouldn't budge, so he just said "ok fine." I was really worried after that he was gonna treat my vehicle badly. The truck was fine, but it was all around a bogus experience.

It was my first time using this app and it did is job! I think the app should better explain the parking process to us non new Yorkers but we focus it out

Booking my parking spot was very easy. I showed up to the parking garage, showed them my reservation, and handed the keys over. Simple as that.

There was no parking available after I paid for the parking on-line... the attendant at the Parking garage was very rude and did not want to hear anything I was saying and he kept waving his hand in the air for me to leave..... I also have not received a refund... every time I call for my refund I am lefty in hold or I am forwarded to a voicemail box!!!

Super bad. Got the special rate then I couldnt apply due to technical problems. I ended up paying both. The special rate and the normal
Rate in order for me to take my car out. I was with my kids and we wasted an hour there

Happy with the real-time smart phone process... no paperwork.
