Barely a parking garage

Barely a parking garage. Had to park in street and go find an attendant to get in. Then had to wait 20 minutes for him to move enough cars around to park mine. Same circus when I wanted to leave.

Rude and dangerous

Worker handling the cars was very rude, he was yelling at several customers for no reason. It was also a very dangerous area because a line of cars were blocking the exit lane. Unlawful and unacceptable!

I bought the parking pass online…

I bought the parking pass online because on the app says was 8 minutes walking from my destination. So when i got there it was really far from my destination. 25 minutes driving. I have to take a uber. So was not worth it at all. I expended the parking money and uber round trip. Plus when we got there at 4:15 am the doors was closed and i ringed the bell so many times. After 20 minutes outside on the cold and 4:15 am this guy woke up. He was sleeping inside a car. Not a good experience. I do not recommend this parking

Not reliable.

Even though you paid and arrived on time, your parking spot is not gureented. When I arrived I was told there is no more parking spots left where I paid. I was directed to go to different parking lot down the block and the staff said again no more spots available. One of the staff finally accepted my car even though other guys were refusing. I saw same situation to a women right in fron of me arguing showing parking.com payment receipt. Be aware that you might not be able to park where you want and paid to.

NON Existent Customer Service

This company doesn't have bad customer service, it has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you have a problem with your credit card or coupon, forget it! They won't do anything to resolve it if they respond at all and the staff at their garage is pretty much the same. SP Plus
is one of the most expensive garages around and its easy enough to find much less expensive parking on Spot Hero, Best Parking, ICON, etc. After no response I went to my credit card company for resolution. This is a bad company-- Parking.com AND SP Parking!

List mini vans under extra charge.

We were greeted with poor communication that our mini van would cost us extra. It’s 2018, a mini van is most definitely not a 4x4 or an SUV. List it if you plan on charging extra. Also, we were told jay our prepaid reservation may not work, even though it was printed.

We apologize that there was a break down of communication when it came to the oversize fee at this location. On this location page, we do have a yellow banner that states "SUVs & vans are subject to an oversized fee." We will pass on these feedback to the online user experience team so they can look for ways to make this message more visible.

Also, in terms of the prepaid reservation, we are looking into this matter and making sure the equipment is calibrated and functional.
