Need more info to help elderly. These spots were for the handicapped. My mom is 89. I used the app as I was there as well but if she were by herself too challenging.
Over priced rip-off for disability parking. $12.00 for 1.45 hours is a crime.
Close to my doctor office didn't have to park in parking deck was great

I used it on Tuesday, and after two tries, it worked. However, today I tried using it, and after 12 attempts, and changing parking spots 3 times, I gave up and had to park in the deck and walk up the slanted walk, which was hard on my feet and back. It kept reading ERROR and try again. I'll park elsewhere next time!!!

Charging to park in handicap parking is just not cool. Two six dollar. Charges because we ran a few minutes over the estimated time .

I had to increase my time by 15min and then again by 10min. Each time I got charged $6.00. Highway robbery!!
1hr and 20 min cost me $18.00
Never again!!!!

You should tell the person parking there you can choose up to a certain amount of hours for the $6.00 charge. I chose one hour because I thought I would go in and out. However, my gynecological oncologist sent me down to 3rd floor for testing. Therefore, I had to pay another $6.00. Please advise the person parking they can choose 3 or 4 hours for the same price as just one hour.

$6.00 I paid for 1 hour when my doctors appt ran late I added another hour which was another $6.00! $12.00 if were not handicapped I would have parked in the parking deck for $6.00 the entire day--Highway robbery you are taking advantage here

Didn’t have cellphone with me… System wanted me to guess how long to pay for before I went into doctors office, have you ever tried to guess how long the wait will be? Needed my credit card info but I’d never heard of this website and wasn’t sure it was a real thing…
I was double charged for a visit. Being handicapped is hard enough without this kind of thing. Parking shouldn't be an issue for us.
Not great- bitterly cold day- I had to go back outside because you didn’t allow me to purchase enough time to complete my appointment. The 2nd charge I made took way too much time to complete and my dr was waiting.
Very difficult to use instructions at parking meter. Also, after scanning qr code, it tries to trick you into signing up for a subscription.
It was confusing and inconvenient to use for persons with physical handicaps like us-- the very people it should be designed to help. We could have gone through the cash lanes and saved a lot of time and aggravation. We'll never use the system again.

This system is horrible! I have had to park several times using this system. It’s not easy at all and it’s very confusing! I do not like how I have to input my information in every single time! Just not user friendly at all!
The replacement if the coin meters was a grave disappointment. I always had a sack of change in my purse to be able to feed the meters. I gave arthritis and walking up the hill from the parking deck is a challenge! I am 78 years old as are most of the patients there seniors. Many do not have smart phones not know how to use the new system. I find it to be discriminatory! When I used it last week, the security officer was kind enough to help another lady and me. That is not his job.
The handicap places are never full because people do not know how to use the new system. This is a disservice to the patients who
Need to be able to park close and not walk so far. Further, the rates are too high. I was able to feed the meter fir the same time

Seniors. I’m glad that I was able to park there this once just to be able to comment to you. The hospital administration should never have given you the liberty
To install this system of payment

On the news about it. Take your automation down and return the meters! Thank you!
It said it was handicap parking and my husband is handicapped. I did not see anything saying it was Parking by the hour. I had called the doctors office before and they said any parking was six dollars a day. So imagine my dismay when I started getting texts saying my time was running out, and I needed to pay another six bucks. My husband was having a CT scan and so I asked the radiologist and she assured me that it was only six dollars a day. Luckily I made it out with a minute to spare but how was I to know that you had a special permit to park there. I have a handicap license plate. I surely thought that was sufficient to park in handicap spot.
