Way too much money for handicap parking. I never pay for handicap parking at other locations. In 2 visits I paid $20. I cannot afford to park at this building going forward. Also, it takes WAY too... See more

App was not working. Refused 3 credit cards. I had a husband with dementia in a drs office and a ridiculous app that kept telling be I would be ticketed if I did not enter card. All 3 cards were already active and stored
Older people don’t know how to use. Walking is difficult.stood in the cold after making a trip to the cop to figure out how to use this . You need to devise a different strategy if you need this money. Other people were not able to use this, not only me.

I am on a walker and had a terrible time scanning the code on the meter. Then when I texted the phone number, the sysyem would not take my money. I had to get help from someone in the Dr’s office for it to accept the $6.00. The office worker even had trouble with it too! It took her 10 min. for it to work. This meter is not acceptable for the handicapped!!
I didn’t understand it and neither did anyone else I saw parking there and no one inside the bldg understood how it works. Rec’d a text saying my two hours was over? you expect handicap to come out to pay again? In South Carolina they don’t even charge handicap. This is so wrong & to expect everyone to be savvy w their phone or paying with a phone? Anyway, it’s not clear at all what the cost is and for how long a couple other people told me they just check one hour and that was it. It wouldn’t let me choose anything but two hours or something else I didn’t want. It’s not an ideal choice for handicap!
I was only there 20 minutes in handicap parking, but had to pay $6.00...highway robery!
Handicap parking space. Double charged on initial session for a total of $12.00. Two subsequent extensions @ $6.00 each. Total $24.00. Later discovered that the parking garage less than 300 feet away, and a similar distance to the building entrance was a flat $6.00

Billed for 45 mins twice @ $6.00 each. Billed 15 mins before y time was up. If I’d parked in the garage I would have only paid $6.00 for the entire time. I don’t think that’s right. It’s like we’re being penalized for handicapped parking!
I was charged for 2 hours and I was only parked 1 hour.
It’s crazy every time I go to doctors it’s $ 5 or $ 6 dollars for parking . It’s money I don’t have . Last 3 years I go to doctors because of cancer . I’m in Handicap space it should be free
It was easy for this disabled old lady. Thanks

It's a shame that a handicapped person has to pay to use a handicapped parking space. Shame on you. Just another tactic to be just like everyone else trying to make a buck. Not impressed at all.

These Handicapped spots at the Doctors center used to be free. You can park all day in the garage for $6 yet for the handicapped spots, we are supposed to figure out how to pay and then try to calculate how long we might be in the doctors center? That is challenging and adds a lot of stress to an already stressful day. When I pay $6 to park in handicap spot, I expect i can be there all day just like in the garage and not be forced to select what time i might leave.

Process is simple, concise and accurate. I have a Parking.com account, but a simple text to Parking.com gets everything off to a quick and low stress environment for completing a parking transaction.
