I love this parking spot. It's conveniently located near the train station and I am very grateful for that.

Will not park there again, I prefer the machines. It’s inconvenient to have to enter a credit card on the phone in the dark parking lot.

The price is reasonable and transparent. They send a text when your time is almost up. I just want to park and not worry about a bunch of details so the site being straightforward was a huge plus.

Poorly maintained facility too costly for time spent

When you have to use the website, it doesn’t give you the weekend or evening rates!

The machines at the station weren’t not operating. I used the scan QR code to access the system. Paid as instructed and received a ticket when I returned earlier than the timeframe in which I paid Violation was for “non-payment”

I will use another option next trip. Can not risk towing worry

So I was supposed to book my train to New York out of the BWI airport Amtrak station. I realized that morning that we had to go to the downtown station which was 30 min further away. Hectic morning to say the least and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Your lot made simplified the parking component of my trip and my car was safe and sound when I returned.

The print on your app is too hard to see. I ended up paying for two days of parking instead of one. You need to have an option to go back and correct what you've entered.

Add Apple Pay. Besides that fairly smooth.

Lighting in the lot and no security.

I paid $5.50 for what used to cost $5 when the machines across from the Metro were working. 10% price increase for no uplift. I guess that's what inflation means. I don't have a sophisticated understanding of these things. Anyway, parking app seemed to perform ok.

It was a bit confusing being a first time user.

The machines where you pay, two of them, don't work. The phone number that they have on one of the boards is discontinued. The other phone number no one answers. You have to take a QR code to even access the payment portal. Horribly run, horribly managed

I haven't parked in the lot behind Penn Station for a while. I was in a hurry and so going through all the registration procedure was frustrating. I was used to the procedure where you put in your card and then put the receipt on your dash, which I found to be faster. Also, the bright sun made it hard to see my phone. Next time I will register before I leave home.

I didn't get towed so I guess this parking website works. Idk what else to say
