I bought my ticket online and paid. Received the confirmation and went about my day. Came back to a $61 ticket. I was able to dispute it and it was voided but this has been a headache with this particular lot. The parking.com was easy to access but not sure why I was still given a ticket.

The location is convenient to the train station. My only concern is lack of security.

I miss the ticket machine, but I guess technology wins. Please keep in mind that anyone without a smart phone won't be able to use the lot.

Notwithstanding having still over 4 hours left of a purchased one day parking „permit“ was issued a citation… (now for the 2nd time!) provided twice PO # and license plate

“ Convenience fee” is a lie and rip off

It was convenient to simply put my card in and pay 5$ now it’s 6 and takes me 10x longer.

Signing up is not convenient

Parking was easy, convenient and didn't cost an arm and a leg. I would definitely park there again.

Declined my card in error, and triggered my bank to cancel my card and try sending me a new card without being asked. Called the bank and they had no idea why this happened. My card worked fine somewhere else the next day.

Purchase was easy. Unfortunately, the address provided, when entered into GPS, directed us in a way that we were forced by traffic controls into a different garage where we had to pay a second time. So we were unable to take advantage of the paid ticket.

I hate how long it takes to use the app. I park, I want to get to my destination, but no, I have to stand around in front of a sign with a bunch of people complaining about having to stand around in front of the sign as we stare into our phones, in the rain or the cold, trying to enter all of our details. Give me a meter with a credit card slot any day of the week.

Convenient, didnt like the fact that that an extra hour was the same price I paid to park for 5 hours.

Easy to scan, pay, and go. I was dropping my daughter off later in the evening and running late so the quick check out and well light parking lot made this the perfect place to park for an older person.

All of the electronic meters were broken so I had to use the website. It took forever to load on my phone, and took too long to fill out for something that is normally so quick.

I did not know I had a parking violation from the previous week. So when I paid for a day pass the next week I was surprised to find a ticket upon my return for $111 which included $50 for the ticket from the previous week AND another $61 apparently for having not paid the $50. A painful and expensive lesson. Rates are high for this lot which is in appalling condition. It may be time to resurface the lot or at least fill in the potholes

Ease of use. I liked the text reminder for when the meter was going to run out and the ability to add funds/time from my phone.

One suggestion would be to have an Apple Pay and Google Pay options, so I wouldn't have to enter in a debit/credit card.

I paid for the parking from 10am to 4pm and got qr code for two hours. There were no functioning readers at the parking site. When I returned to the parking lot after 1pm, I had $61 citation from the parking lot keeper for violated parking time. Small print said I was responsible for the qr code mistake only printing for two hours. NOTE: the site has weekend parking flat rate same, whether you are there two hrs or full day. So I am very upset for my parking turning to cost $66 and that they do not have functioning code readers but they do have staff to walk around and surprisingly check violations. I will not use this service again.
