Nobody stole my car. So 5 stars for me and it was pretty affordable for an entire day.

The parking lot, close to Baltimore's Amtrak Penn Station, was convenient, easy to access, and afforded an easy pay experience.

Easy, affordable parking and a quick walk to the train station.

Very easy to use and great rate. Was easy to get in and out of. Felt safe in the area.

Just too expensive, the text system doesn't save me time and if my phone was dead i couldn't park there- there was no kiosk. So annoying

When purchasing parking your website defaulted to a start time an hour into the future, this caused me to received a ticket because I was parked in the lot at the time of purchase. It was also not made clear that even though a day rate was paid the parking pass was only valid for the hours listed when booking. This is never explained and is borderline predatory. This default behavior and lack of explanation is going to cause people to get citations when they have attempted to purchase parking.

The method was easy to use and the location had good access to the general area.

QR code made payment easy. First time at that lot, will definitely go back

Thankful this parking lot was nearby to the Pride Festival. I was glad I have somwhere to made unload my items. The fee was a little high for a Saturday afternoon.

Signage at the lot is poor. Glare made it impossible to see my phone screen. Disputing "Citation"

App is a bit cumbersome and often has trouble connecting. This causes a lot of refreshing. Last time this occured I refreshed but neglected to switch the choice of car I was parking so I registered car A but parked car B. I paid 15 to park and got 50 dollar ticket. Called Customer Service and the girl just could not understand so she refunded the 15, but I wanted to keep the 15 paid and address the 50. I sent pics of my plates etc to prove I owned both cars and ecplained the connection issue (it's a recurring issue at Lanvale Amtrak Lot in Baltimore). So far nothing.

App is not intuitive nor easy to navigate or use

I paid the amount required, online, with my credit card, and got a receipt… and still got a citation for $25 from the Baltimore City Police Dept.

Your parking system is horrible
I will never use it again
I will tell everyone not to use your parking

i don't have the capability to scan a QR code. bring back the kiosk! it's really scary having to approach a stranger with cash just to pay to park , and sucks having it cost 3x as much because there was an event in the area. i was just going to work.

Signs were not very helpful. Was any notice given to the regular partners that a change was going to be made?

We circled a few times trying to find street parking and to our surprise this parking lot was right on the corner! Well lit and cheap parking price! This is our new parking lot!

Parking is convenient, but it is too much expensive in Baltimore City (PENN Station).
