Parking lot surface is in poor condition. The prices are high presumably because of proximity to the train station.
Security is poor or non-existent. I have had my gas tank siphoned and have been approached by aggressive individuals asking for money while trying to park or when retrieving my car.

The booking/payment process was not complicated.

Parking was ok and when I got off of the Amtrak train my car was still there...lol. The app was easy to use, there use to be a machine there where you can purchase a paper ticket and put it in your window. However, the app was much better. I also received an alert to let me know that my time was running out on the parking. A nice feature would have been to let me adjust the time because I came back early and still had to pay for the time I had not used.

I have a flip phone and could not scan and pay for my parking. The wonderful lady on the phone took the time to do it over the telephone. thanks so much for your help.

am old person, took a long time to find young person to explain all i had to put into smart phone, what about old people without smart phone, so paid after parking guy checked whether I had paid, which I did, so he issued me a ticket. Is there nothing that can be done without smart phone??

I was ticketed 106 dollars for not paying for parking but I paid for parking should my transaction to this companies customer service and was forced to pay the 106 or have my car towed NOT COOL AT ALL !!!

The absent of any person present early in the morning or during rush hour. I cannot advocate for using this facility and I asked for help to assess if I have given too many hours.

Parking at your spot was so convenient, i only had to cross the street and i was there. while everything else was packed due to a pride parade, I went to the place and did not have to wait for my spot... it was there almost waiting for me.

Asking me to estimate how much time I need rather than just charging me for the time I was there is a blatant way to overcharge people because everyone has to overestimate and therefore pay extra. You can have your predatory business practices but you can't eat your good review cake too.

Easy access to Amtrack, great if you’re connecting to Penn Station for a day trip.
