Easy once it is set up but if you bring a different car the app won’t acknowledge it so someone else has to pay

The Parking.com app is much easier to use then before with all of my personal information coming up so that I could very easily sign in

The app reader did not work had to call in to get it to work no fun standing in wind and cold to do the right thing then after pick up I was back on beltway when was asked to be charged more so no easy pass system for in and out.

Parking prepayment was easy!
I down loaded the parking app, chose my desired location, Time, and date!
Then showed up to location and went onto my scheduled event! I would chose Parking.com over and over again

The lot was marked as “closed”. There was nowhere to key in my online pass - I was lucky to have printed a copy

I have no idea what it is going to cost. When you I enter my info. Very confusing.

They were great about fixing a typo error on my license plate number that caused a parking citation. All was set right!

This parking lot was not adequately lit and made it appear less secure. Only having one exit was bothersome due to the walk from the car to the single pay station and then exit. Far more walking late at night in the rain was unpleasant. Had there been a different and conveniently located parking lot we would have preferred using it.

I bought parking for the whole day to visit DC only to find out 10 minutes later my appointment was canceled due to possible civil unrest there. Called support and even though I had only used 20 minutes of my reservation, no partial refund could be made. Terrible customer service. And the rep was rude. It also took too long to make a reservation as the app had no access to my saved credit cards on my phone.

I parked overnight from Saturday to Sunday someone tried to steal my Kia. I came back to a broken window and a damaged ignition. I've parked here many times before but I've never had this experience. The next time I plan to take an Uber to the train station.

The lot is conveniently located to several major attractions in the downtown area. It’s easy to access. But the building itself looks like it is falling down. There was hazard tap up in several locations with rocks and crumbling walls. And it was a bit confusing on how to pay at exit. Use the machine by the elevator or use the machine at the exit.

Good spot location, well lit, and easy to pay.

Prefect location, direct access to event which eliminated any safety concerns. Easy and reasonable payment.

It's a convenient location but needs better lighting.
