Make it easier to see the lot number and add the ability to favorite or save that number in the app so I don't have to look for it at the lot every random time we park there.

It was a perfect place to park,. However, they issued me a $150 fine. It was partially my fault but when I emailed parking.com. They explained I left my license plate off of the purchased ticket.

Excellent customer service follow up!!

I would give zero stars if that were an option. I paid for parking and received a receipt and then was issued a parking citation even though I left hours before my time had expired. Now I will have to dispute the citation.

Easy to schedule and pay for parking online. Convenient parking right next to Penn Station.

They never let you know at the parking site the price for parking and what the price would be to extend the parking!

The lot was easy to get in to and out of. Located near to our destination. Plenty of space when we were there.

Software app made it easy to reserve the space I needed and where I needed it.

No way to pay at the lot. Have to have the app. I went to my room to download the app because I was having trouble and needed WiFi. Went I came back out to get my license plate number I had a $61.00 fine on my windshield

Simple app. I misused but operator error loop

It's overpriced and the prices aren't posted, so by the time you know what it would cost you've already gone through the whole process. Over $6 per hour on a holiday, in a nearly empty lot. Never again.

Stop sending me emails

I don't like when you have to extend your time, you are not given the option to put the payment on the current card without having to complete all of the card information again. Very time consuming and you may not be in a position to input all of the information again.

EASY and app let me know the time remaining

A faceless entity bought property in your city and expects you to pay them back despite hiring no employees.

Site is easy to navigate/understand, cost is affordable for a parking site, how it is easy to add more time if needed

The app is cumbersome to use - other parking apps are so much more user friendly. The rates for an empty lot on Sunday were unreasonable as well

The only option was pay by phone. I scanned the code and my old expired license plate number appeared on the payment screen, I changed the old number to my new number and submitted my payment but upon email receipt noted the old number, not the new was recorded. I received a $50 citation for illegal parking violation. I took great care to change my license plate number but the system kicked out the new number. I am an occasional weekend customer at this lot. My last experience (6 months ago?) was a good one. I wish there were better options than pay by phone. My I’ll fated payment process took 15 minutes and was ultimately unsuccessful due to system error.

The website and app do not accept my Visa bank card for some reason, and I’m always forced to use my credit card. Grr.

Very easy to register for the parking space. It’s a simple process with little margin for error. The lot is well lit and convenient to Penn Station, Baltimore.
