Clunky old website

Clunky old website. Forces you to input hourly parking times even though it’s a daily lot. Absolute joke of a website and parasite company.

Awful agents and company

Company is awful to deal with. All agents are located “offshore”. Hard to understand. Have ZERO working knowledge of app and website. Cannot pay for more than 1 day at a time. App and website charge an extra fee per day. I was given incorrect information by ALL 16 agents I went through. I should NOT have had to call that many times. Agents need better training.

If you have other options than this company/app - USE THEM

Sent an email about this which was ignored. The price went up for no other reason than it just being a new year. The lot is poorly maintained; the entrance alone is a nightmare because the single lane entering the lot is half-covered in snow. The fee for using the app instead of tossing coins in a machine went up again for no reason other than profit. The app itself is horrendous and constantly has issues that never get fixed. This company wants this income to be as passive as possible and it shows.

Huge Convenience

It is so convenient and a huge stress reliever to have the option to pay electronically vs at the machine at the train station. Love that it remembers my previous purchases to make it super easy each time I travel this way.

Disappointing Customer Service

I had a very disappointing experience with Parking.com.
I snapped the QVR at the train station and quickly boarded the train. I immediately tried to follow the prompts to pay for parking. I was easily able to add my personal information, car information, and credit card info. When I selected submit the app just buffered and finally timed out. I tried this two more times with the same result. When I arrived at the downtown office I tried to pay from my laptop and was successful. By that time the violation ticket was written.
I tried calling the phone number listed on the ticket. My call went to voicemail but the voice mailbox was full. Apparently, this is never emptied because I called two more times with the same result.
I tried using the app for dispute but the app did not allow me to submit the dispute.
I was forced to pay the violation fine as the ticket was now a week old and I didn't want that to go to collections.
This frustrated and disappointed customer offers the following changes to your service.
1. Fix the phone app so it does not buffer and timeout during the submit process. BTW I'm able to use my phone for everything else on the train.
2. Either clear the telephone mailbox or remove the phone number as an option.
3. Offer faster email response given the customer only has one week to respond else the matter goes to collections.
I offer this opinion in good faith.

You can not pay for a week at a time

You can not pay for a week at a time. The only choice is daily or pay monthly not a certain number of days. I had to pay for a month instead of 8 days. Then when I got back to Big Timber my back window was smashed and my car was broken into.

Needs improvement

Not all commuter lots served by the parking.com app takes cash, it’s not easy to enter information for single day rate lots, and I couldn’t pay for multiple days in one transaction even though I was presented with the option.

All but one parking machine was broken…

All but one parking machine was broken and the only working machine would only take dollar bills (parking was 1.50), so I had to overpay. Messaged the parking company and received no response.
