Very easy to use. Had another commuter tell me about your website/app. I love the ease of making a reservation.

Parking Meh
App a bit awkward with regards to setting up account and logging in. Fee to use app (convenience fee added to parking spot owner cost) is too high. What's so convenient with paying more than anyone else around you. The "convenience" is for the owner and Parking.com, not me! I think the app user should get a discount - not an additional fee!!!
The website and app are to hard to use
The website and app are to hard to use. You can't pay for multiple day only hours. Needs improvement!

Completely satisfied
Completely satisfied. We had an issue trying to pay for two days and got a citation but your customer service reps were amazing and voided the citation since we did pay for the spot. Thank you

Paid for online was easy. Got back and had parking violation on windshield. Attendant had wrong state and violation was waved.
Parked at a Metra Station
Used the app to park at a Metra Station. It cost $1.50 to park plus a $0.66 surcharge. That’s a 44% surcharge. Outrageous. And they have the audacity to promote it as an easy way to pay. Very disappointed. First and last time I will use the app. I’ll use quarters from now on.

Never works for metra parking
Terrible
Terrible. We’ve tried over and over to use the app at Big Timber, IL and it does not work. Finally they sent me a link and I was able to pay by the link only and guess what. I got a parking ticket and learned that’s it’s not $1.50 like it’s posted it’s 1.50 plus a .66 cents service fee. Totally unreliable. I complained and they cancelled the ticket. That is the only good experience I had with this. Just a mess.

Shady policies, poorly designed app
Company refused to give any refund from a $20 at a kiosk that required exact change for $1.50 daily rate. The kiosk was unlit and the train was about to leave so I used the only money I had.
The next day at the same lot their app charged me $2.16 for only 2 hours of time even though I needed the day, but then somehow left the session open for over a week so who knows how much that would have tried to charge me. Tech support had to clear the session so that took calls and support emails to fix.
Bottom line I don't trust this company they stole money and made me sweat about the week long session their app tried to apply to my account.
