Even though I paid for a weekend of parking I was never guaranteed a parking spot. It seemed they sold more tickets than spots (or just allowed anyone to park).

I’m not sure how secure this lot is. I park there when I stay at the iron horse but didn’t know parking was including in my stay. There is covered parking next door and I may try thst next time.

Why in the world are you annoying people (multiple times!) with a survey about paying for parking. Yes i paid - and then used the parking deck. How can that transaction be either “good” or “bad”.

Website is very slow to load
Website is very slow to load, parking spots were numbered but the site didn’t reflect that so I was concerned I’d get a ticket. Pricing was very misleading

Overcharged
Was overcharged by 50%. Sandwich board sign in front of structure advertised all day for $10 but put in my info on the website and was charged $15 + tax. Didn’t have time to mess with it or call so I swallowed the overage.

Paid for a week…twice I had to go find…
Paid for a week…twice I had to go find another place to park because either they oversold the lot or people parked and didn’t pay let alone care.
They need to patrol the lots and tow people who didn’t pay.

No timer reminder for the expiration (not needed but helpful in this case)

Security vehicle blocked disabled parking spaces all weekend
There was a ProTek Security vehicle parked in a spot that blocked TWO disabled parking spaces for the entire weekend. Unacceptable.
Edited to add: I spoke with the owner of the security company who addressed my concerns immediately. Apparently the city of Milwaukee gave them permission to park there. Bottom line, that’s still illegal and not in compliance with ADA. But at least my concerns were heard and addressed.

The kiosk was not working
The kiosk was not working, so i had to use the QR code. Then, it said to place the printed receipt on the dash. Where would I get a printed receipt? And it charged me twice!

This was such an easy way to park!
This was such an easy way to park!! At first we selected 18 days instead of 18 hours. But after realizing our mistake we started over. Easy in and out of the parking lot with no waiting to pay at a pay station. Clean garage and excellent rates.
