Even though I paid for a weekend of parking I was never guaranteed a parking spot. It seemed they sold more tickets than spots (or just allowed anyone to park).

I’m not sure how secure this lot is. I park there when I stay at the iron horse but didn’t know parking was including in my stay. There is covered parking next door and I may try thst next time.

I am a new customer to parking.com and…

I am a new customer to parking.com and parked in the garage for the first time. I was trying to figure out how to pay, took a picture of the poster and then asked some people in the hotel how to use this. They told me to go online and pay before I leave which I did. When I arrived back to my vehicle I had a traffic parking ticket. I don't know how this is possible but do not plan to pay it as I paid for parking while at the hotel before I left. Evidently one needs to pay when they park and not when they leave but there are not any signs stating this for the customers using the service.

Between the 25 minutes from parking to…

Between the 25 minutes from parking to checking into my hotel, downloading the app and paying for my spot, I was ticketed for nonpayment. I've left two messages with no response so far with no response

App didn’t work and had to wait in long line

It was bad because the app didn’t allow us to pay for a couple hours, it wanted us to pay for the the whole day for $25, we only parked there because we went to the art show/exhibit and was only going to be down there for a couple hours…so we had to wait in line to use the kiosk…you should really fix this problem.

I was charged twice for the same…

I was charged twice for the same vehicle and was unable to get a hold of anybody to have a the charge rescinded.

I had a bad experience where I didn’t get my QR/barcode for my parking in Chicago and I called and they said they would refund my card and never did.

Overall the Parking.com app is ok

Overall the Parking.com app is ok, but has some issues. When creating an account they send you a link to verify your email - pretty standard - however, it actually helps if the link WORKS and does not link to a fail error..again and again and again. It was convenient to pay for the parking via the app, but let me pay for more than a 24 hour period - I don't want a month, I want 2- days. It was annoying to have to go in each day and pay. Although it might have let me prepay, but again that is still two transactions instead of one. It did note available parking in my vicinity and that was handy and I can see this being a handy app in the future, but fix the email link issue - that was annoying - you would have gotten 4 stars but for that.

Parking lot was over sold

Parking lot was over sold. Alot of cars constantly going in and out with the same problem. Tried going into lot several times with no success. Still waiting for refund 3 days later.

All good until spots oversold

Thought it was great service until I purchased a 24 hour spot, left for dinner, and returned to find the entire lot filled. They took my money while over-selling the spots they had. This is extremely disappointing. Even went back 3 hours later and spots were still filled — what’s the point of paying for 24hour parking then?
