paid for reservation, thinking that it reserved the spot and was all set with everything. When I arrived, I found that I had to pay additional fee for the parking ticket. It was not clear that the only reservation is just for a spot in the garage and does not include the price of the parking ticket.

I reserved a space online and paid in advance the day before an important work training. When I arrived at the lot, there were no available spaces. When I told the attendant, he told me to cancel my reservation and that I couldn’t park there. This resulted in being late for my work training and having to find alternative parking.

I bought and paid for parking and when I arrived, there weren’t any spots available to park. I called the numbers listed. I sent an email and I was still charged for parking that wasn’t available. Coincidentally, I had to buy nearby parking at the last minute and paid double and was late for my appointment in Boston. I don’t trust it.

The app doesn’t work half the time and the prices don’t update for the weekend.

The parking lot was great overall and when I got wedged into the spot, the guy monitoring the parking lot helped me reverse out of the spot. However, instead of walking down at 6am to buy another pass for the day, I used the app on my phone instead. I went down later that day to leave and they still gave me a ticket instead of checking my license plate to verify that I’ve paid. Three weeks later and I haven’t heard anything about the dispute.

I have had a lot of trouble with paying for parking through the app and/or website. Parking spots are clearly open but when I go to pay, the app says the lot is full. This needs to be improved if possible.

You know not for nothing but 25 calumet st Boston You have two different prices $26 and $35 for oversize vehicle I don’t understand why you feel the need to charge me nine more dollars when I am taking up one parking spot regardless I’m not taking up two parking spots I’m using one parking spot we are a car pays 26 and I have a truck and you want me to pay 35 Not to mention when I use the app there’s no $35 button so I’ve only ever paid $26 and then all of a sudden you guys block my credit card so you tell me what kind of swindling is this

The app is just awful. Customer service is noon existent. Disgusted

I use parking.com several times a week. Have tried several times to make an account so I don't have to put in all my info every time. Every time I try to log in it just keeps bringing me back to the login page. It's such a pain to have to put in my credit card info each time, and sometimes there is an error with processing the credit card info and I have to wait a few hours and try again whil I'm at work. The previous app that was used by the lot I park at was MUCH better. Took way less time than parking.com
