I wanted this to work. The concept of knowing my parking rate, a location near my destination, ability to get a receipt and a QR code to pull it off was JUST what I wanted.
The app seemed fine, select times, enter credit card - so easy
There was a sign at the entry of the lot with instructions for apps and web payments was a good sign that this was legit.
Then I tried to leave. NOPE. QR code not recognized at the unattended gate.
I backed up, fortunately other cars were leaving through another automated gate.
QR code didn’t work on the other gate.
The HELP intercom button dialed to a person who asked me for personal info and the parking code number from the app receipt. I am glad that the HELP intercom button worked because the QR code didn’t.
Can’t say I trust this app to use it again.
Good concept, poor execution - even if it’s the fault of the parking venue. The value delivery failed at the final point of transaction.

I bought the parking pass online ahead of time but when I tried to scan the barcode as I was leaving the scan reader couldn’t read it so I ended up repaying with a credit card. I should have just paid at the exit. No worker managing the exit or parking lot when I left so nothing else I could do.

Better instructions on how to find the parking area. My ticket said 45 Binford Street Boston, but the lot was really on A Street. I had to stop and ask several people walking to find where the lot was located. Very Poor.

The actual experience of scanning the code did not work. I had to use my credit card to enter the lot. So I assume I was charged twice for the same day. However, the person you had at the gate on Thursday, June 29th was very helpful and pleasant.

Had some difficulty using the check in/checkout machine as did the two people in front of me. Glad to see there was an attendant on site to help all of us.
Great lot, great location!

It was easy to find and book a parking space , I was travelling to Boston on a solo trip so to know exactly where I was going and that I was guaranteed a space was a massive peace of mind . Had a slight issue on arrival as the qr code would not scan to allow me access to the car park . Had a car behind me do Had to grab a ticket . This feature should work better as it did cause me a bit of stress. The problem was rectified as a car park employee advised that I swipe the qr on exit and I won't have to pay for the ticket .

Great price, at $5! Easy to find. Easy to get in and find a spot to park. Easy to get back out. Just scan barcode and go.
Only issue was, it was about 10 minutes farther to our destination on foot than advertised. And it happened to be raining.
Overall a good experience and would definitely use again. Because you can't beat the price.

Booked parking in Boston ahead of time for $92. However, when leaving the lot after 4 nights, the gate's screen instructed me to provide a credit card for $68. Or, per normal process, scan the QR code I had been provided from Parking.com from my online purchase. Uhm....I paid $92 for parking valued at $68? And the lot wasn't even close to full!? A 35% (!) mark up by Parking.com for the convenience of purchasing before arrival online?? This would have earned Parking.com one star here, however, I contacted them with a complaint and they refunded my entire $92. That part was awesome. So, for that 5 star customer support, I'm providing a middle level overall review. 3 out of 5 stars. Other customers are advised to investigate ahead of time what the lot 'actually' costs before diving in with a Parking.com advanced purchase. And not to be shy contacting their customer support for any issue.

The parking lot requested a barcode, which my reservation via Parking.com did not produce. I had to pay again. However, I have received a refund after posting the problem here.
