First time user, everything worked.
Suggestion: Add voice/visual acknowledgement at entry gate. When I entered garage, the gate opened for me probably by license plate recognition, yet I was still trying to show the scanner my QR code, causing a mini congestion.

Easy to enter and exit. Close to The Ryman, which was nice!

The price advertised was lower than what I was charged….

Honestly I find it insane that you charge an entire hour even if I’m only in the garage for 10 minutes.
I’ve been looking for jobs in the area and am so disappointed to see the company take advantage of the citizens here.
It’s ridiculous that I had to pay $21.49 to park for 30 minutes.

Let me in the garage but wouldn’t send the link for me to validate my parking for my job and charged full price

I gave one star because it wouldn’t let me give zero. I parked for an hour and like 6 minutes. Rate according to sign was suppose to be $15 for hour and half but I was charged the 2 hour and over fee of $20 along with a service charge. I paid $20.99 so I will never use that parking garage again.

Your website/app was easy to use. Parking options were given to me based upon the date and event I was attending. It was super convenient. I will definitely use it next time I come downtown.

It is so easy to reserve & pay for parking online, ensuring that you have a parking spot for any downtown events. The ease of entering and departing the parking garage is awesome. I also noticed there was staff on site if needed, that was a comfort.

Half the time the gates don’t work. The elevators are always questionable. You will pay to park that day and if you use the same garage it will charge you again from the previous time stating you cannot leave until you pay. So get ready to pay outrageous prices twice!

No wait getting in. No long climb down to ground floor. No wait in getting out. All went well.

The gates almost never open anymore when I’m getting off work at 4:30-5am all I want to do is go home and I’m trapped in the parking garage is absolutely ridiculous

Charged me $40 when I had a validation code from work, customer service did nothing to help.

It’s okay I guess…The system isn’t always consistent. There have been times I wasn’t able to put in my code, and was charged the full price after working all day. I emailed the manager to help me fix what happened and they never got back to me.

It was much easier to get into and out of the garage with my prepaid ticket than it has been in the past without a prepaid ticket

I would rather pay cash or credit card for parking as I am technologically malfunctioned

Easy to use and good price for the terrible parking problems in Nashville, Tennessee these days!

Very sharp turns and odd layout. Brightly lit. Parking based on time so you’re not really sure how much you’re gonna pay vs flat rate. Would not choose this garage if you’re going to be downtown for a long period of time.
