Inaccurate Information
The info on the website was inaccurate, said they accepted Pick-Ups, Vans, SUVs. However when we got there we were told they couldn’t take our car and we had dinner reservations and didn’t have enough to go around to look for parking. The staff were very rude, and just made our night more difficult than needed. There was enough space and saw vans parked there but couldn’t take our pick up ? Ridiculous don’t recommend!

If I could give 0 stars I would! It was my first time going to New York and this parking site was awful! We paid twice, two different times! I paid for 4-7 the whole time between that my car was stuck up on the lift! The machine broke! My family and I had to stand outside in the cold until they were able to get my car down from the lift... I would like my refund. Awful service and the people working there was not friendly at all either!

I was buying parking in teh city by my job everyday for over one week then it was no longer available online what a rip off.

I was doing it online @ $26 for a week now I have to pay at the lot? What a rip off its double in person and teh only reason I am even driving in is because I am an Essential worker who has to be at work.

Pre paid for parking
Pre paid for parking. When I arrived at the garage, the garage was full and attendant would not allow me to park.
Requested a refund via email and still have not received one.
Would not recommend or use in the future.
