Prepaid a reservation for 24 hrs and for an oversized vehicle. Very convenient location and process. Some issues with the attendent which were satisfactorily resolved in an expedient manner.

Price was not correct!
The site was great, and offered a much better price than the parking lot itself. However, my low star rating is that parking.com offered me $30 which I paid, but when I went to pick up my car, it was changed to $45 and I don't understand the switch. So I was upset with this.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Attendants very rude, no assistance other than " can't park here" even with reserved time. No offer for voucher honored at related site near by. Still waiting for refund and had to.pay double.the price at another garage because of last minute change. Disappointing all round. Will use a different service in future.

The website instructions need to be…
The website instructions need to be clearer to indicate that the transaction needs to be prebooked at least 15 minutes in advance. We went to the parking attendant and he told us we need to wait another 10-15 minute and by then it was already half hour pass our booking time. We had it booked from 11am-2pm. But they weren't able to check us in until 11:30am and didn't honor the half hour loss and they were not courteous at all. We didn't need any of this unpleasant experience for our vacation.

This is a scam of sorts
This is a scam of sorts. The original time was 11:30-2:30. I clearly changed it to 12:30-3:30. when it printed, AFTER I PAID, it came out 11:30-2:30. I had to pay an extra $10 plus my original charge!! very upset - will not use again.

This site is amazing I log on about 20 minutes to a half an hour before I get to my event this site shows me parking spots around the area I will be attending I find the cheapest one not too far I pay on the website and when I leaves the parking garage they just scan the barcode on my phone I love this site

This is the second time I’m reviewing…
I don’t have positive things to say because when I got to the parking lot it was a whole different story and I had to pay more money to bring me to the full price. They also had a very large sign posted advertising parking.com — Yet they told me I should not go on that website because it’s not accurate and they don’t ask about the size of the vehicle. Is that my fault? I didn’t even realize - I was just looking for a place where I knew I could plan ahead of time to park a large vehicle. Clearly the website is not accurate.
