The rate. Great rate.

The price is good.
But, an information of location on the place is small. I was carefully found an information that this is right place or not.
I want to show the address and your company name big more on the information board.

Easy access to lot and technology. Lot is in need of repair and one car took 2 spaces.

Why is Parking.com emailing me about my experience? I parked my car in a space owned by someone else, and they required me to pay them. No one watched my car to ensure its safety. In fact, there was a posted notice DENYING any responsibility if my car were to be damaged, broken into, or stolen. Parking.com did nothing but take my money. Why are you asking about my experience? Do you ever get a reply that says "My parking experience was WONDROUS! THANK YOU, PARKING.COM!"? Fortunately, I was next to a sixth-story window that night and was able to watch my own car. 😐

I used the website, so maybe the app offers this feature, but it would be helpful if users were able to use their phone camera to scan, both, their credit/debit card information AND their car license plate information.

In urban areas at night, one must solely focus on their phone to manually enter all of this data. This means we lose focus on our surroundings, which then leaves us vulnerable to others who may be prowling the area for a distracted person.

This enhanced feature would reduce the amount of time one is distracted/vulnerable.

Quick & simple. Plus during events (musicals, performances, etc.) a discounted price is offered so you end up paying less than the advertised price listed.

Easy to use and great experience .

Simple and easy. Paid online and parked during designated hours.

They should arrange to let one put the longest time so as not to pay twice

I only parked for a few hrs and was billed 5 times I tried to call line is busy I emailed no response

I was leery at first, but the app is easy to use. I was downtown for jury duty and had no idea how long I would be there. I paid for 3 hours, and when my time was nearly up, I received a notification that included instructions for extending my time if necessary. Fortunately, we were sent home and an extension was not necessary!!

Getting to the pay portion was fine, it did not give the opportunity to choose the time just gave a you an in between, price was ok.

It was a good experience.

I was required to use the app on a city meter when arriving at Jury Duty. Fortunately I gave myself a few extra minutes to allow for parking but surprisingly, the app was pretty easy to use and the link provided worked great. I can see where it would be challenging if someone wasn't getting a signal at the time they arrived to park but for me, it totally worked! The other challenge was that I had to guestimate how long I would be parked there when I had no idea how long jury duty was going to take. I ended up paying too much for an extra 2 hours than i actually remained there.

I went online and pay for the parking. It said Gary Lot but there are no signs that say Gary Lot. Then when I got there, there we no instructions on how or were to park my car. I had to cancel the online purchase and then purchase another ticket at the location.
