Didnt like the service from here…
Didnt like the service from here bacause i only had 8 minutes left out of 1hr 30 and too add 30 more minutes they where gonna charge me another almost 8$!! um no thanks

It was a good experience because I didn’t need to have the space number and pay outside. I could pay by texting or scanning and use my card after I got to the office I needed to go to. I was running behind for my meeting and that helped me not to worry about paying right away.

It was easy and fast. My only minor issue was the advertised price wasn’t the same as what I was charged. It was a couple dollars difference but I was still happy with the ease and convenience

The page kept on crashing while…
The page kept on crashing while wrapping up my payment. In the end I was charged three times for my parking. It was really frustrating waiting for the page to load for about 10 minutes.

The parking lot was in very bad shape…
The parking lot was in very bad shape and full of pot holes. The only way to even get out was to back out into an ally and turn around. For what it cost, it should have been in better shape and taken care of.

My catalytic converter was cut out of my car from the Gary Lot in Dallas.
The service of Parking.com was TERRIBLE. I have a 1700$ bill to have repaired.
I’m a single woman, in my 20s & was traveling with my dog. I would not trust or use. Ever again
