Parking was easy and the price was good. Clean and well maintained. Attendants were polite and helpful.

I paid $24 for online parking but it wouldn't accept my QR code at the garage. I ended up printing a new ticket because I was in a hurry which cost $60 for the same amount of time.

So easy. convenient and reasonably priced.

Still waiting for a response from you guys about how the qr code did not work, so had to pay full price at the garage, expecintg a refund, been a week since I heard form website about my issue...

I left several messages that were not returned. The facility and proximity were great, but we would have potentially stayed longer if some pricing could have been clarified. We will still be back

Had issues with the pass provided had to use the call box and was told just to pull a ticket and to scan on the way out. But on the way out it still didn’t work and had to call again. I am glad it was slow and no one was behind me

It is easy to pay and get enter.

This was a horrible experience. Multiple paid in full customers including my son an myself were trapped and could not exit due to a not so smart lot attendant. He is lucky there was not a medical emergency. I wanted to leave so I could take my son home approximately 1 hr away on a school night but ended up trapped for almost 1/2 hour because the attendant would not open the gate and let us out. If there was a issue with a customer regarding missing parking ticket, he should have made them wait until resolved. Instead he made everyone wait. This could have got ugly since irate customers were leaving their cars to approach him and threaten. Never again will i pick this garage.

Perfect location to the destination.

The garage was closed and noone could open it. We emailed for a refund and have not heard back. Respond to my email. Garage doesn't work and customer service is non-responsive!
