Web site was easy to navigate and get exactly what I was looking for. Parking garage was easy to find and conveniently located near Wrigley Field. Only one problem with the code reader, luckily enough they had an employee available to help when leaving.

Nice place to park, but need directions for entering/exiting provided upon purchase of space
The parking lot was very nice but it was confusing how to get in and out. I thought I would scan the QR code to enter and exit or something like that, but I actually had to take a ticket, insert the ticket upon exit and then scan the QR code. No instructions were provided how to enter/exit. Finally, found someone that worked at the lot and he explained to us.

Completely disappointed in this…
Completely disappointed in this parking.com!! We paid to reserve a spot in a garage by Wrigley Field for a concert a week in advance only to show up at the garage and told it was full!! You obviously over sold the amount of spots available!!! We then were told “sorry, you’ll have to go find another spot “ what kind of customer service is that? Absolutely horrible and ridiculous. We were late to our event that we paid a lot of money for because we had to spend 1 1/2 hours searching for a parking spot. Completely disappointed and will avoid giving this company any of our money in the future.

The code didn’t work at the gate so I spent 30 min at the gate to get ahold a person to open it
Then since I spent 30 min it past my exit time by 2 min and the wanted to charge me extra!! Will not use it again
