I think $5.50 an hour is a bit steep to park in downtown Knoxville TN. It was raining at the time of our arrival so it did not make me happy that your set up had zero coverage for the person who has... See more

First time user. In my late 60s and not used to this type of technology. Don't carry cash.
Paid for 2 hours. Went back to pay for a 3rd hour, but it was too complicated, so we left. Need to have better explanation for how to do that.

Not only is the price to park here OUTRAGEOUS in Knoxville TN, but if you want people to not get right back in their car when they see they have to MANUALLY ENTER their credit card info (which I have done on many occasions but was desperate for a parking space this time) then add Apple Pay or Paypal as an option. If you are going to charge that much, at least help the customer out a little.

Too expensive and the same cost to extend my time 30 minutes compared to the first 90 minutes.

I'm not too thrilled with the extra "service fee." The rate should be the rate. The smells a lot like ticketmaster BS.

Things I didn't like.
#1.) It is tight parking lot the lanes and parking spots for a Silverado.
#2.) The charge $10.00 for 2.5 hours. Then charge a $0.99 for a service fee.
#3.) The parking lot is not level. Standing deep water everywhere.
#4.) It is a homeless camp and parking lot turned into 1.
Really difficult compared to other parking vendors to sign up, download app, and login. Also the rates are not clear…should show you that it is $10 for X hours vs telling them the time and extending when if you know it was a flat rate you would have just done it.
I used this service for the first time this past Friday (2/19/2023). Since the application asks for an end time, I assumed the price model was based on the hours we parked on the lot. Our visit to the restaurant went a bit longer than expected so I went into the app and extended the time for 30 mins expecting there to be a minimal fee for the additional time. I was surprised and disappointed to find that I was charged another full fee for the additional time. I later learned that the app price model is a fixed fee and that I could have selected a large block of time on my original purchase and only paid one fee. I never saw any mention of the pricing model in the application so I ended up spending more money to park than I paid for my meal.
The parking garage behind the Mast General Store on Gay St has been $2-$7 to park there, and free on the weekend FOR AS LONG AS I HAVE BEEN ALIVE. +30 years.
I paid 10.00 and a 0.99 CONVENIENCE FEE for four hours. I had to select how long I would be there, upfront. I only stayed for 2 hours. There is no option to get my money back. I was robbed of two hours worth of time.
What is a convenience fee? What was convenient about the two hours I was charged for but did not use?
Nowhere advertised - in plain site - are indicators of being able to add hours later and no refunds for hours not used. If you review your security cam and another car parks in the spot I paid for, will you give me my money back?
If I rent every spot in that lot and someone else parks there, will you tow them for me? Can I sue them since they are stealing the space/ time I purchased?
Again, if I rent every spot in the building; if I declare the structure my domicile during the time I am renting, can I claim castle doctrine while defending my spots?
You literally ruined my entire week. I'm still mad as all heck about the entire experience.
I got charged 3 times for parking! THREE TIMES. Be cautious. If you park here, pay for the day because its the same price no matter the time you choose but if you have to add then it charges you for a full day EACH time.
I am so angry and if I never have to use them again, it will be too soon.

I searched for a company that took parking spot reservations because the city I was driving to was 1.5 hours away. I made dinner reservations. We drove down. The spot I thought I paid to reserve didn’t exist. It was an unnumbered lot that was completely full. 30 mins until dinner reservations. Waited until 5 mins before my reservation. Had to pay for a different company’s spot down the road and walk a good distance. Keep in mind there are time’s selections you pay for. I called every number available both on the printed out “ticket” I got for the spot and what I could find on the website. When I tried to contact them through their website it wouldnt work.
So in review. I paid for a specific time slot for a. Parking space in an open lot that wasn’t enforced. And no one would answer me during or after the incident.
This ruined a great night for us and I lost the money to this rip off.
Will never using anything related to them again.
Started with two hours for $10 and then needed a little extra time, so I added 45 minutes. Well that was $10 as well. Didn’t seem right to me.
Pay by mobile site is clunky at best. Slow to load and more cumbersome than just paying the ticket machine with a credit card. Also actual daily/hourly/minute rates are not disclosed. You have to get to check out to see what you're being charged. Was charged 10.95 and a "convenience fee" (for the convenience of using their slow website, entering my tag number, entering my credit card vs using the machine literally 10 steps away from where I parked) for four hours parking and the site said I could add more time and texted me a link. When I went to add an additional 30 mins using the link the site sent it wanted to charge me another $10.95 and a "convenience fee" just for those additional 30 mins.
No prices posted. I feel I got ripped off. Paid $10.99 for 1.5 hours and then we needed a bit more time, had to pay $10.99 for 30 or 45 more minutes. $22 — outrageous!!

Cell service was bad at the parking lot and it took us almost 10 minutes to get the transaction setup for our parking. Parking in little downtown Knoxville cost $25 for 3-1/2 hrs!!! You can park in downtown LA for less. Ridiculous price and extremely difficult process.
