It’s pretty easy but the system sometimes doesn’t work until you use the texting option. Also, I tried to pay for my car and my wife’s and it automatically accepted the second payment but I was unable to put in my wife’s license plate.
Overall still pretty good

Paid for three hours, and then an additional 2 hours. Still received a parking ticket.

Had only done this once before in Charleston SC so I had to "read-up" to know what I was doing. But everything went well! No issues, no hiccups, smooth as silk!
Ridiculously expensive. Just trying to go to coffee with a friend and have to pay $10 in parking. It should be comparable to meter parking.
I like the convenience. I tried to pay with my phone as directed by the signs on the lot but the system was down. I kept trying and after 20 minutes or so I was able to pay. I would prefer to see the fees by the hour, 6 hours or 24 hours. This is not explained anywhere. Thanks

Tried to set up account so I could easily extend. Email delayed so set up myself, but eventually came. Received a text to extend, but never do it successfully. No reason - just said it could not process. Used multiple credit cards and kept getting error. Gave up after trying 8+ times. Would been good to see numbers entering on CC to confirm no typos. I am a tech savvy person and was completely frustrated with this app!

USERS BEWARE
I paid for 3 hours of parking using the parking.com App. We returned after an hour and a half only to find a $70 parking violation ticket on our windshield - for not paying for parking??
We disputed the violation notice online and provided proof of payment- and have yet to hear back?
Not a good experience at all!

The cost of parking was an absolute rip off. I paid $22 for 6 hours. There is no set hourly fee and I initially paid for 5 hours. My hair apt went over and when I went to add another hour, it was the exact same amount so $10.99 twice.
Nothing went wrong the parking was fine. The price is a little to much. You should be able to choose how long and the amount should be different. No matter if your there for 1 hour or 4 hours it was the same price.
This was very easy to use I was very pleased with the text reminder of how much time i had left. thank you!

Parking lot was clean, easy to pay; however, I was a non profit board meeting for 2 hours - that started at 5:30; I think it's a little excessive that I had to $10.99 for a 2 hour board meeting. I'm not sure why I can't have an option of time instead of having to pay after a certain time for around an 8 hour window...just because it's later than 5:00.
