I liked how close the parking is to the Melting pot. Things I didn't like. #1.) It is tight parking lot the lanes and parking spots for a Silverado. #2.) The charge $10.00 for 2.5 hours.... See more

It was just across the street from the restaurant I was going to. A bit expensive I thought

I was given a ticket despite having paid because I didn't update my new license plate number in the same car. Luckily I was able to appeal and get the $70 ticket waived.

The metal barriers at one of the exits made parking and leaving too close a call. Remove them or find another way. There were cones and tape all over the darn lot for no understandable reason. And over $11.00 for one hour parking is simply robbery. Never again.
Three stars, parking was great! The app was awful! I almost signed up for something I didn't want. Just let pay for parking or let me hand someone my money. Don't try and trick me into something. You have a great place to park, treat it like you do. Own the greatness of your business, not the trick to get extra money
The hours and pricing weren't clear in the browser. It has you fill out the times you'll be there but doesn't specify exactly the pricing. I chose 1hr and 30 minutes when my time ran out I had to walk back to the parking lot to use the kiosk because the browser version wouldn't let me select the parking lot I was in. When I got to the kiosk it had the rates and hours so basically I had to pay $22 for 2 hours when I could have done 6hrs for $10.99. I believe that bank on people using the qr code and the browser that's why it doesn't specify the times and rates.
The parking spots were too tight. We couldn’t get in the car when we returned and we drive a minivan. Terrible parking experience especially for the cost.

Navigating the technology is absolutely horrible. If another person had not come by and helped me I would have had to move my car. Terrible system!! What ever happened to parking lot attendants, a live person?

gave me a ticket even though I paid to park and didn’t run out of time
No readily available price schedule. Adding 30 minutes was the same 10.99 charge as the first 1.5 hours. Then I had to add another hour for another 10.99. Next time I’ll take a Uber or drive around until I find a open meter.

You have the wrong QR code in the lot I parked in resulting in me getting a ticket. I scanned, paid, got a tricky saying I did not pay….the QR code was for a lot two blocks away!
