The parking was very tight in this lot
The parking was very tight in this lot. Also, when I had to extend the parking by 30 minutes, I was charged an additional $10.99 which is a bit excessive for 30 minutes considering that I had already paid $10.99 for the first 3 hours!

Very expensive for no service, parking lot that is in disrepair
Very expensive on a Saturday where many lots are free and not sure what I was paying for as there is no attendant, parking lot is not in great shape. Transaction took a few minutes to process and as I was already tight on time, this added to my stress of arriving to my appointment.

Never got a notice out time was running…
Never got a notice out time was running short. We ran over 20 minutes and got fined $70. Thanks a lot. 😡

The concept is good however
The concept is good however, I had to pay before going into a resturant, went in for them to tell me that they were booked and I had to come back in 2 hours. i couldnt apply that time when I came right back out to my car. So when I got back, ended up having to pay again.... and then wanted to extend for 15 mins, to still have to pay the same rate... I ended up paying the price of a meal for one in parking!

The app makes it difficult to add time to your session. When I did add time I was charged extra rather than the one hour I actually wanted.
